My go-to Starbucks location. The employees have always been amazing every time I go each week. I always make sure to leave a tip because they are consistently friendly and make sure I get exactly what I ordered. I know that working at Starbucks can be stressful but they are awesome!
It was awesome! The young lady that was on the drive-thru window was so kind helpful and understanding that I am not a coffee connoisseur but I do know what I want and she explained it to me what a wonderful difference from some of the uppity ones I have met. They are few and far between. But if you don't know anything about Starbucks or their gourmet coffees you want kindness and understanding and help so that you can order what you want. I wish I could remember this young ladies name. She said she's been there for 2 years at the Starbucks in Zephyrhills. And she was absolutely marvelous! I felt so good leaving that window with the coffee that I wanted and I now understand the difference between latte and cappuccino, I'm sure I could have looked it up online but when you're in a hurry you don't want to do that and you don't have the time. So if you could find out her name I would be so grateful. I thanked her for her kindness and understanding she was just absolutely fantastic.
How is it possible that I can TELL these employees are SMILING under their masks? Because their can do attitude, and personalities shine right through the masks! The managers that I have spoken with are beyond experts in their craft, and it shows in how they deal with their staff! Kudos to the Starbuck's training program!
