The worst track record ever. Everytime I come here I either throw my food out of the window or eat whatever food I didn't order.
Different employees every week, so I guess management has little leadership ability.
P.S. Stop hiring 16 year olds and expecting them to run your business.

Ordered $22 worth of food expecting not too much just simple order accuracy and food not left out, nacho fries were stale and hard like they were sitting out for who knows how long, ordered chicken quesadilla and it was chicken and steak maybe cause they didn't want to actually have to do their job and cook more? Only thought that I can think of why things weren't okay, the tortilla for both of the quesadillas I ordered were burnt and stuck to the wrapper as well only thing was fresh was the nacho cheese...

The incompetence is insane.
How does somebody ring up your whole order, ask multiple times and even questions about the item.. it shows up on the screen, then when you get to the window it isn’t there. And then, the manager tells you you have to go back around when you have already ordered it once.
There is ALWAYS problems with this Taco Bell. They’ll forget half your order and act like it’s your fault.
Management is trash, and has been for years.

The cashier couldn't find the button for our order, she asked for help and nobody helped her till the end. I asked for 4 burritos no sour cream she put 3 no sour cream instead of four. It wasn't worth the price for a taco burrito pack which is 4 taco and 4 burritos $14.24

Food good. This place has had major price increase over last years time. Not exactly ecconomical anymore. Counter ordering much easier if you are dining in. App is a pain.

Great store, but customer service is not the best. Cashier's are good but customer service desk is the worst we have ever delt with. Have not been back to the store in months since our customer service experience. Go to Tractor Supply, even though they do not have as many items one might want. To baby to have such a great store, and customer service is not user friendly.

The wings are gone... promotion over...This location has a good staff but Taco Bell has nothing good to offer any longer. My lopsided crunch wrap supreme should be in the country dump by now and that's where most of the menu belongs.. Taco's are fine, for waxing nostalgic but Taco Bell's business model seems to be "fill them up" with cheap toppings, while skimping on the meat(s)...I came back for the wings... twice. They are done for now...So am I...

New store, very slow, understand everything going on however its very simple to address the customer w. A simple greeting "hello we will be right with you." They will let you just stand there and talk to yourself before anyone addresses your existence. An employee told me they could not greet me because they're busy...oh okay...this review is in regards to the very poor customer service.
