STAY AWAY FROM HERE. That’s all the advice I have for you. Came here for the second time (after having a bad experience) to give another chance. Maybe someone should really take these stars seriously.!(after seeing a lots of low stars after visiting). Stood at the door looking around (seeing a waitress walk around)someone to finally say sit anywhere. Waitress (Holly) is NOT friendly. I asked for a cheeseburger and fries. She asked if I wanted lettuce,tomato, pickle and ketchup. I said yes and Mayo and mustard as well as ketchup and asked it not have any onion. While waiting and seeing others walk in, the same lady acknowledged them right away; telling them to sit anywhere. Once our food arrived, my food was warm but not hot as it just came off the stove. Place was not busy to have hardly warm food. Food had only had cheese and Mayo on my burger. I looked under the bun and said doesn’t it come with other toppings and she cut me off and went into say I told her I didn’t want that. I only mentioned to not have onions. My husband ordered chicken wings and they were cold. He said ma’am these are cold. She took offense to it and went on to say well they are cooked to order and don’t have a way to sit in a window or have a way to sit anywhere to stay warm. I Felt personally attacked by this woman. I can now see why your rating are VERY LOW!

Went for lunch with my husband and son. Took a while for appetizers (mozzarella sticks and chips and salsa) Chips were cold and half of them were stale. The salsa was pretty solid. Not frozen or anything but not the consistency it normally is. My husband ordered the OMG burger and it was great but you can tell the meat is not what it used to be. Food quality has definitely gone down recently. Our Server was Alyssa and she just was not that great. Not very attentive and not on the floor interacting with any patrons too much. Also seemed to be down and upset a lot, not really smiling. Probably will be a while before we come back. Christina and Holly helped us out a lot and were absolutely amazing! They deserve recognition for what they do!

Have you EVER taken a bite of your food and did a, "Mmm that's good dance in your seat"? Well, that's what I experienced with this meal choice! Plus, there was only two waitresses and both catered to us and were absolutely wonderful! I never change my order from wings, but I'm so glad I did that day. Really, compliments to their chief, because she knew how to add flavor to a meal!! Definitely plan on going back!

Bad service. They close at 10 PM and when we got their before 9:30 they refused to take us and said we had to leave because they closed their kitchen early. We literally called while we were sitting in the parking lot to make sure they were open and serving food lol The owner needs to do better and improve their customer service skills.
