Worked 12 hrs on my 27th anniversaries and tried to grab dinner with my husband. We’ve been coming here for a while now & it seems we are always have to wait for the food to be cooked. Girl in drive thru placed our order wrong even after we corrected her several time. We still ended up Waited over 3
Service was great! The menu items were not as fresh as they should have been. It seemed like they had been sitting for sometime. Did request extra napkins and got 2. Wished the food would have been fresh.
This location can be 5 or 3 stars, depending on the time of year and the time of visit. In the winter, it gets very busy for lunch and dinner, with the increased visitation in Yuma. Service is always great. Quality is decent. My only complaint is that the vegetables side are not bite sized pieces. They are always enormous. Instead of broccoli florets, you always get entire heads of broccoli! (sauce cup and fortune cookie for scale)
