Brought my son (nicknamed Brownie) here to sample the delights of his namesake. Was incredible. Best cooked breakfast I’ve ever had in America. Kamman sausages were like real European sausages, not full of junk. Delicious and highly recommended. Brownie loved his Mickey Mouse pancake!
Staff were excellent, super helpful, friendly and helped modify the pancakes to suit our young son. Coffee refills were copious.

We were highly recommended this place being new to town. So we brought the whole family out to check it out. Upon arriving it was packed, which we thought meant great food. Right up until the crazy long wait as empty tables sat there empty. We actually recommended to let someone sit at a table that came in after us since they seem to forget to let anyone know. We finally got sat after I recommended leaving already. The family wanted to give it a shot still. Country fried stale absolutely appalling to even look at. Biscuits were bland as well as the gravy. The gentleman cleaning tables and bringing coffee was very polite and probably the best employee we came across he was awesome. My toast was the best part of the meal! My kids bananas on their pancakes were even over ripe. My girl didn’t even touch her biscuit.
Go to Pennies Dinner! Absolutely fantastic all around place!

Food and service is amazing. Best french toast and pancakes in town. True local gem for Yuma. It was really busy on a Friday morning but they have more space than it seems and where able to sit us instantly. Service was great. Best breakfast spot for Yuma. Highly suggest.

The toast and hot cocoa were good, but everything else was definitely not worth the long wait. The chicken fried steak was not breaded and the biscuits and gravy were not acceptable. The gravy was way to thick, cold, and just tasted like flour. The kids did enjoy their Mickey and Minnie pancakes though.

What happened? We have been to Brownies several times over the past years- always a good place- yesterday’s visit was a big disappointment
While the restaurant was busy there were several open tables
We waited for several minutes before a preoccupied lady sat our group- again we waited for several minutes before our server came to take our order he was efficient and friendly
It then took over 15 minutes for our food to arrive! When it did, our food was COLD!?
Plates were not hot from sitting under the heat lamp- our server never came back to check so we got to eat a cold breakfast!
Keep in mind that we have been to Brownies several times over the past years and never been disappointed……

Bacon cheeseburger was great but onion rings were terrible bcuz they were frozen. The burger was excellent and milkshake was too. The milkshakes are enough for two people. Wait times were under fifteen minutes so very doable. Always busy there but would wait longer if need be because it's good food.

Best breakfast. 2 wonderful pancakes 2 eggs and 2 patty sausage. 8.99. Hot syrup if you want. Salsa is fresh and not hot but tasty. Great service. Can't wait to try their early dinner specials.
