Jack In The Box

This Jack in the box is the best of its kind in this area. Staff are friendly and courteous. Most of the food is grilled. The Sourdough Jacks are more favorite. The onion rings and curly fries are excellent. Croissants are my morning choices. The soda machine delivers multiple choices including diet and non-caffeinated drinks. Roman the GM is a very accommodating and likeable fellow. Keep your receipts and fill them out to get a free item next time you dine here.

Edit to add: Jack in the Box refused to refund me. Funnily enough, they asked me to do them a favor by completing a survey even though they wouldn't refund a food safety issue and wrong items! Jack in the Box makes 1.6 BILLION dollars per year, so the fact they won't refund customers when THEY mess up should tell you all you need to know about this place. I ordered over $35 worth of food on November 14th and all my items came stone cold and not cooked! They also messed up several items on the order. I tried calling once it was delivered to me through Uber Eats, but the refuse to answer the phone despite me calling over 5 times. (Adding a pic of my calls for proof) I have since filled out a complaint form and am waiting to hear from a Jack In The Box representative. This isn't right. I don't have high expectations but this is literally inedible and it's not alright that they know that food was messed up and stone cold but delivered it to me anyway. I took pictures of everything for proof. Please made this situation right and I will update this comment. It's disgusting they take advantage of people who order through Uber Eats because they know there's nothing they can do once it's received. Feels like a huge scam and like fraud.

I always get my full meal relatively quickly, but when it comes to sauces they tend to forget to put that in the bag unless reminded at the window. I am a regular here during the night hours, and there has been maybe two instances where the burger for my munchie meal was the wrong one. I wasn't too upset since it unintentionally introduced me to my favorite munchie burger and bun type. The service varies but is never bad, always just OK. The wait times in the drive-thru also vary quite a bit, but it's usually quick. Although, if there's a wait, it's most likely some person ordering big in front of you. Finally, when the order is right, it is always fantastic. It's always at a decent temperature, great quality, and nice proportions. Overall, I highly recommend this Jack in the Box!

Made a doordash order to save some time to ight and ended up having to drive there anyway. Completely forgot my child's food, and when I showed up to ask about it the ladies behind the counter were laughing about it and talking amongst themselves and with random customers instead of paying attention to the task at hand. Wholly unprofessional, and a waste of my time and money.
