Starbucks

This Starbucks is my favorite local Starbucks for the last 3 years. From iced chocolate espresso to iced blonde vanilla latte to chestnut Brule latte to refreshers to iced coffee - they make all of these drinks right. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, & fast and the store is always clean. I've attached photos of decorations in front of the store at various times of year.

This location must have the worse service ever. It gives you the option on the app to pick up inside. You get there and the door says you have to go through drive thru. Then the line is long. Was in line for about 20 minutes! What is the purpose of the app option??? Better off going to the one on 6th.

This Starbucks is without a doubt, the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been in. Every single staff member greeted me when I entered and thanked me when I left. And it was a sincere interaction (not a required nuisance like I feel some other establishments do). Even though I had made a mobile order for take out, they kept me posted on it's status while I was inside. I arrived prior to my pickup time and they kept apologizing that it wasn't ready - even though the app had clearly told me they would need more time. All in all, it was a great experience. Timothy and staff, thank you so much for putting a smile on my face today.
