Jersey Mike's Subs

I have visited this Jersey Mike's a few times over the last year. The employees always make a good tasting sandwich following my requests for toppings. My favorite sandwich is the turkey and provolone on wheat. Everything on my sandwich always tastes fresh. The employees at this location are always courteous and fast. This location has always been very clean every time I have visited.

Just terrible. Placed an order through the app. It wasn’t even started when we arrived. Took almost 30 minutes to make 3 regular sandwiches and there were three employees standing there chatting and taking their time. All the people in line had their orders before us. They made an employee his meal before ours all the while still chatting. That’s really poor customer service. We might as well have waited in line and would’ve gotten our order quicker. On top of that, they made my mom’s sandwich wrong. Seriously? Hire employees that know what they are doing.

I ordered a pickup order online at 7:45 for three regular sandwiches. I was told it would be ready at 8:32 which was basically 45 minutes. It was ready at exactly the time they said it would be. However 45 minutes to make three sandwiches when they were completely dead, there was NO ONE in the building. When I order something to be picked up it's because I don't want to wait in line if I had gone and waited in line I would have gotten sooner. When we got to the restaurant there was a sign on the door that said sorry no bread. Nothing was said to us, but when we got home our sandwiches were on wheat bread it would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

The girl who took my order didn't understand that a Big, Big Kahuna was a 12". When I came back to get my sandwich the order had been filled by another girl. She handed me a 6-inch kahuna and I informed her that I wanted a big big kahuna. She immediately started work on the other half of my sandwich and handed me the original half of the sandwich so I didn't starve while I was waiting. I was charged for the large sandwich only and got what I wanted. That's customer service. The food here is awesome, come hungry

I ordered our sandwiches online and I added some changes with both. First of all the online ordering was so easy-to-use and it said the sandwiches would be ready in 15 minutes. I thought no way so we drove over and yes our order was ready, yes they made our sandwich exactly how we ordered them but best of all they were delicious.

Made online order to avoid lines and requested cherry pepper relish on both giant clubs. Order was $31. Without the relish, this sandwich is nothing special. Returned home and no relish on either and bread was stale. Called into the store to see if anything can be done. Store apologized and said I can go back and pick up the relish. I am not willing to drive another 30 minutes to pick up something they forgot. Explained to store that I should not have to physically watch them make our sandwiches to make sure it’s done correctly which defeats the point of online ordering to save time. Customer service was poor and they obviously did not care. Was not looking for a free meal, but it would be nice if they could offer something more than just an apology that they were “slammed” earlier. Thanks Jersey Mikes!
