I used to come here 20 odd years ago before they left the area and came back. Yep, same location but a newer and refreshed store. Their prices are decent for the amount of the chicken, sides and tortillas you receive and most of the side dishes are very healthy. I used go inside before the pandemic and I like the amount of sauces and salsa the self service counter has to offer. What is funny is I usually go to the drive thru window and the a certain cashier gives me a senior discount đ€ even though I would do consider myself of that age of yet. But hey a discount never hurt me in the pocket book. So, if you like chicken give this place a try and leave that fried stuff for another time, even though I must admit it is hard to resist.

As we all know everything is so expensive. Same here, but their chicken was grisley and some bites the chicken pieces were so hard you couldn't even eat it. Quality has gone way down. Ordered tostada bowl and Burrito

The guy taking the orders talked over everything I tried to order, and then got the order wrong. Be sure to check your order before you leave.!!!!

Not like other el pollo loco . Make sure you check your chicken before taking it to go. I donât like my chicken burnt. They donât have bigger cups for the sauce and the salsa. :-(

Was told that dine in was open, that was not true. Was also told that a truck driver is not allowed to use the drive thru to walk up. So back to normal we go, let's screw the truckers of this country. Yeah us!!!

This is the worst El Pollo loco I've ever been to. Every time they screw up the order and the service is terrible. Make sure to always check your order before You leave the drive-thru. It's not once they haven't screwed anything up. Very rude employees. Go somewhere else. This place is terrible

I was so excited that it was open. I have always liked the flavor of their chicken. I knew it was going to be busy so the 30 minutes we spent waiting in the drive thru did not bother me. What did bother me was the lady taking our order could not understand what I was saying so someone else had to take over, then we pull up to the pick up window and look in to see trash all over the floor behind the registers and staff running around like crazy. We get home and find that the chicken was burnt and they got our order wrong. Not sure I will be giving them a second chanceïżœïżœ

My family loves El Pollo Loco. But my experiences keep getting worse. This last time in the drive thru we were handed out order, which dropped all across my girlfriends dress, her car, and my pants. We had to ask for another bag.
Once we got home we found that there was no gravy for our mashed potatoes. All of our salsa had leaked onto our order. And the main problem was the beans which ran into the bottom of the bag making a huge mess.
I called in and was told I would have the gravy replaced and some rice as well. I live across town. It won't help my meal tonight.
Also that the items should have been bagged separately.
Yes, that is obvious.

I grew up i SoCal. Been eating Pollo Loco for a long time..Glad there is now one in Yuba City..I have heard from a number of people and i agree..The Rice being served at Y.C. location needs to be improved..Very Bland..Pick it up a notch.
