I went here for the first time this evening. I ordered online for pick up. My food wasn't ready when I got there. It turns out they were having some computer problems. Not their fault. The host kept checking on my order, and it actually ended up being remade so that everything was fresh. I received some gift cards for the wait. So in short, the customer service is great even when everyone is frustrated with technology. The food is yummy! I got a salad, the lettuce is crispy and the chicken is well seasoned. Easily the best salad I've had in a while. My husband enjoyed his burger. We will be back soon. The team here is hard working and they make great food. Thanks for a great dinner!

So we love red robin for its fries and family friendly dining. But I don't know what it is about the kid's chocolate milk or even regular milk. The server won't bring it unless I ask like 4 times. It's become a joke in our family. We easily go to RR 5-6 times per year. We have probably asked for the milk we ordered like 15 times. LOL just bring the milk we ordered man!
