So we had a big order and I understand that sometimes big orders can be hard for them to get everything correct but if we go back and tell you that you missed something you should just say okay no problem. I'll fix that for you. That is not what happened. This time we told them that they messed up something on our order and they told us that they counted it themselves and that they got it correct. Listen it would not make any sense for us to make up that you missed something on our order. We already ordered and paid so it wouldn't make sense for us to just make up that we needed.

Great food, as always. I have eaten checkers and rallys for over 30 years and rarely do they disappoint. The only downfall is the service and that is because they havent upgraded their ordering system in the last 30 years, so the lady had to walk back and forth from the window to the machine for every item i wanted to order. Even though i had to drive over an hour one way to get food, i will do it again in a heartbeat.

This food hasn't changed ONE bit on all these years. And THAT'S a good thing. Haven't been to one in years.
Still flavorful, filling and at a reasonable price, the Buford combo makes a helluva meal and is damn good.

I LOVE RALLYS.
Straight up. Food is 10/10! the fries are to die for, big bufords and rally burgers will have you literally moaning with every bite.
4 stars cuz service is always kinda slow. People working are nice and polite, but just needs to tighten up on the quickness.

Employees don't care. Takes 20-30 minutes to get through drive through even if your the only customer there. That wouldn't be the end of the world if the food was fresh, but to wait that long and have all your food be cold and old is even worse.

I love Rally's food but they have been closed every time I go by for the last month. Today I seen a sign up that said they would be closing at 4:00 p.m. due to staffing issues. Guess that's why I haven't seen them open.
