The food is good, we especially love the new burgers. The only problem they have is occasionally they get the order wrong. My husband doesn't like any of the extras on his sandwich and it sucks getting all the way home to find out that they've put lettuce, tomato and onion and whatever sauce it comes with on his sandwich. I bought chicken tender meal for my friend whose kitchen is out of commission and didn't do a bag check before I dropped her food off. But if I had not been on other side of town, when she called to tell me about her food I would have driven back and asked for a refund. Those tenders looked like they were days old. Meat was dry and tough. She ordered two 5 PCs and none were edible. You should be ashamed to sell food that way.

Yea need to pay more attention to the orders.ask me for sauce yes arby didn't give me any. Asked for unsweetened tea gives me sweet tea.what you guys trying to put me in a coma. Waited in line since 7:43. Once i finally pulled up to the speaker at 7:58 they shut the lights off and no one took my order. I pulled up to the window and they acted like I wasn’t even there even though they saw me. I understand that they close at 8, but i was in line well before 8. This is the rudest experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know anywhere else where this is acceptable. I waited over 15 minutes to not be served. Whatever crew worked closing on 11/23 really needs some customer service training.

Not able to enter inside and there was a line that was to slow, not worth waiting. Store is not open , DRIVE THUR ONLY long waiting times.
