Pizza N Gyro

My husband and I ordered two items: a 6pc chicken tender and fries WITH Teriyaki Sauce and a 6pc Wingding with Teriyaki sauce. I watched the cashier write my order down as I said it. I waited for my order and watched the woman who cooks (perhaps the owner/wife of the owner) fry and bag the orders. I was handed my bag and I left. I should have checked my boxes. My chicken tenders did not come with Teriyaki sauce at all. They were plain. When I called to let them know their mistake, the cook insisted that I ordered them plain even though I know the ticket says otherwise, as I watched the cashier write it! After I didn't back down, they asked if I was coming back with the same box of chicken to have sauce put on it. At first, we agreed. After thinking, I changed my mind. Gas is over $4 a gallon. It was their mistake. The only solution they offered was for me to drive and use more of my time and gas and have the SAME chicken (and fries!) drizzled in sauce. How is this good customer service? How is this fixing your mistake and compensating me? My fries would be cold by the time I return home as will my chicken. And the customer may not ALWAYS be right.... but this time, we were. It's rude to insist otherwise even when the receipt says so! I will not be returning and I will not recommend. The other reviews are showing a pattern!

i ordered 2 philly steak combos an said no mayo on either combo well we get our food and long and behold 1 has mayo and 1 doesnt...now i know i specifically asked for no mayo because me and my fiance hates mayo. so theres no reason why there was mayo. and to top it off i ordered my son a chicken tikka over rice i specifically asked the lady i do not want the spicy kind because it was for my 8yr old son and same with the philly steak the chicken tikka was spicy.... now if you cant get orders right then dont take the orders, and mind you this isnt the first time they have gotten my orders wrong.

I have ordered alot of food from this restaurant. I've spent alot of money and how I was treated today was very mean. Yes I will be specific. The young african lady that takes orders and answers the phone, told me that I can wait on the phone or just call back. I listened to her take atleast 10 orders while I was on hold and to top it off, before I was put on hold our conversation was me ordering a 12 piece wing ding and the whole time they were out of chicken, I know this because while on hold I heard one of the customers, ask for wing dings and the worker told her that they didnt have any chicken, the customer really wanted wing dings and she ended up ordering chicken tenders. I didnt appreciate the service I received and I definitely didnt like how I was put on hold. I hung up and called back atleast 6 times and BOOM they were closed. Never bite the hand that feeds you. If this is how Im going to be treated in the future, yes I will just go elsewhere. So I recommend that the boss gets this together.
