The people on the phone we’re super polite they’re doing curbside pick up I kind a like it I just wanted to take the time to tell him thank you for the great service and we appreciate what you’re doing
Great food with free WiFi. What else could a teenager want? My son goes there a certain day at a certain time with all 6 or 7 of his closest friends. Get out the laptops, order food, and they're good for hours! Really yummy things there like muffins, cookies, and family. Great place for lunch and a catch up chat with another Mom too.
This is one of our favorite places to eat. Its clean food and good food. We, me and my family, have been coming here regularly for years. The Manager, Pablo, greats us by name. My kids love the food, the customer service is great. They have a reward program where we get free food. I can order online and the food is there waiting for us. It is our go to place to eat and a lot of that has to do with the Managers Pablo and Kate. One time my wife forgot to order me my regular drink and Kate even reminder her. Another time Pablo brought extra cookie to the table for my kids. That kind of stuff just doesn’t happen in other places. I think we have had over 200 meals at this Panera’s and not that every time was perfect, people make mistakes, but most were and we love it here.
More than a bread place... A few decent salads and a couple of interesting soups. They are attempting to go with food trends and so have trendy items like quinoa. A decent attempt to label the menu for food preferences. There is a delivery menu online as well as an online menu for ordering so as to avoid any lines in the store.
Great service. Good food, only down side the crust on my sandwich was a little over cooked. But the new Bacon tomato grilled cheese was delicious and so was the potato soup! 😋
Everyone is friendly and kind and very helpful and also the service is fast. I love going there because the food is always fresh and delicious. Thank you.

I have been eating at this particular Panera's for years. It has consistently been an excellent experience. Service is polite and personable. Physically, the environment is clean, bright and cheery. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. The food is great. The breads are homemade and delicious. They are constantly trying new kinds of salads and soups, not always to my personal tastes but always interesting and healthy. For a franchise, they are certainly doing a great job.
At this particular Panera's in the Triangle Shopping Center of Yorktown Heights some of the very hard-working and pleasant people that I have met here are: Mark, the store manager; Jim, the catering manager; Janel, Terrance and Melissa who take your orders; Caleb, who prepares and often brings the food to your table with a big smile.
Please note when looking at any of the "negative" reviews: this is a very very popular and often packed restaurant. I see the staff working to maximum capacity and if a mistake is made they are always very pleasant about correcting it. These are hard-working human beings who are really giving their best effort in a quality, community focused restaurant where you will find social groups hanging out, knitting groups, friends meeting friends, people obviously having business meetings and people like myself meeting different friends and on occasion dictating into iPhones using the free Wi-Fi.
I had a very enjoyable and delightfully delicious experience. The staff was helpful, courteous and gracious. I have truly nothing but good memories of my visit.
A good place to eat. A bit pricey. One cookie goes over dollar, I like your scones, they sell delicious breads. Nice people good location
The food was good the salads are great but the service is a little slow. But the staff is very friendly! I suggest you go there
