Castle Royale

A wonderful experience.. We attended a much awaited Asian Development Bank former employee reunion. The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. The general manager, Manoj Sharma, was very professional and took good care of our party. We profoundly recommend hosting your events at this place. We will come and visit again. Went to a friend's wedding engagement here. I was a little weary when I saw the parking lot and the condition of the sidewalk and neighborhood. But inside is a whole nother world. A beautiful hall with clean facilities, and most importantly, excellent Indian food that was prepared on site. I don't know why they don't open a restaurant because this food was extremely fresh and delicious, more than some of the popular places in town. In the upstairs main hall, the ceiling height really brings beauty to the room and the stage and seating area are very spacious. I would highly recommend it for other similar events.

This is a very nice facility and they have parking available for the guest. My 83 year old Mother who has trouble with her legs had a hard time getting up all those stairs. There is no elevator available. There was a baby shower on the first floor and we attended a religious event on the second floor. The parking lot guys were kind enough to ler me park close to the entrance because of my senior mother. They didnt speak english and my "spanglish" was limited. They were not there when we left. We left before the service ended because Mom wanted to leave. I wish I had tipped the 2 guys before I went inside. I would visit again and maybe hold an event there in the future.

The menus appear modern and appetising, and the venue seems enticing. There was no technical director available, but I did a site inspection. The stage appears to have been bisected some years back to put a banquet kitchen at ground level in. The stage, therefore, is 20 feet deep, standard 35 feet wide. A Broadway theatre has a 35-40 foot depth, 30-40 wide proscenium, and proscenium height from 15-25 feet. It appeared to be 20 feet high. No technical specifications were available. It has no fly tower, standard traveller track for main red curtain, and no obvious signs of equipment or battens. There are two screens House Right and Left with rudimentary projection in front and suspended from the ceiling. They should be upgraded to standard video screens. For banquets, they max at 550 in the main hall, 150 in a secondary hall downstairs with a separate bar and cocktails reception area. They didn't offer a tasting, and I have not attended the events there, so I can not vouch for the quality of the food. I corrected spelling on their menus. This always raises a red flag for me. I forgot to take pictures but I will update the review with them next time.

They're business lunch every Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday is probably one of the best values in Yonkers for a great sit down lunch. The service is excellent it's all you can eat it's fresh they still have their classic Polish varieties and sometimes a new Indian dish along with some classic American or Italian food and a soup and salad. Service is prompt fast and Extremely friendly. The price is unbelievable also considering what is included and what things cost most places nowadays.

Great place, very professional and reasonable pricing not to mention that's it's close to all major interstate and local parkways. It's beautiful inside and out with plenty of space and rooms for guests to change and get ready. They even have showers, Such is great and very flexible with the set up. Thank you, RT.
