A busy place. They could use a little competition in the area. With two hotels and countless offices nearby they seem overwhelmed. The good and beverages are everything you'd expect from DD. Service great for being so seemingly overworked.

I praise this location for being open until 8 or 9 pm. I work locally and its very convenient to be able to grab coffee and a croissant here.
The wait times are reasonable and the lines are typically short; I'm usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of parking and the lot has 2 exits. The staff is friendly and they keep everything relatively clean and tidy.
My major grievance is that they have limited selection as far as pastries go; they only have 2 or 3 different variety of munchkins, and limited quantities of everything else that's not a hot menu item.

I go everyday for coffee.
This applies to all Dunkins....they have to develop a better system to serve in store customers and on line orders. I have waited sometimes 10 minutes to place my coffee order and I'm the only one in the store...

They are quick and nice, the only thing is that when you order a flavored drink they don't mix the syrup very well so a majority of it ends up a big glump at the bottom of the cup.
