cute little mom and pop shop. It all tasted wonderful and the servings were fair for the good pricing. nice place to stop and eat. the gyosa could have used a little bit of work it fell apart and the sauce was okay. but everything else was yummy(: the server was very nice and attentive!

I was told my order if a side of noidkes and 4 "egg rolls" would take about 10 minutes. 35 minutes later I got it. I was very disappointed with the "egg rolls" as they are actually spring rolls. They were awful! The veggies inside are so minced up that it's mush. The noodles were good though. I may go back again, but not for the "egg rolls".

I ordered for takeout on a busy evening. They let me know it was going to be approx 30 min wait. The portions received were large and food was fresh. Check for their daily special before ordering! The teriyaki sauce did seem watered down though, it was a bit bland and runny. Gave it 4 stars. *Update* We tried this place again for takeout. Placed a large order and it was done in 30 min, great timing especially considering how much we ordered. The kids meals were impressive too, see the photo of teriyaki chicken with one scoop of rice for reference. Out of 7 of us: 5 said it was absolutely delicious, 1 said really good, and 1 said it was okay. Received large servings, tasted fresh, teriyaki sauce was no longer bland. Changing rating to 5 stars since 4.5 isn't an option and this place is so much better than any others anywhere nearby. One last note, this place does not charge extra for rice, miso soup, and rice like some others now do.

Horrible service. Burnt my friend with steaming hot teriyaki chicken then ignored us for an hr while we waited for our checks only to be over charged. The sushi was bomb tho.

I’ve been here a few years ago when we first moved in the area and remembered not having the best experience/taste in food. The other day we decided to give it another try. It was worse than before. I know they’re under staffed and the waitress seemed overwhelmed and upset anytime someone walked through the door and definitely wasn’t able to keep it together while treating us like a burden. We were over charged and given doubles of food and I feel like the waitress didn’t turn our order in until we asked how much longer almost an hour later. as soon as our check came we just wanted to get out of there and we won’t go back. They don’t seem to want business so we will do them a favor.

Best sushi in Thurston County. Resturaunt can be busy at times making for a little wait but nothing to complain about. All the dishes are wonderful and made with good quality ingredients. Try the house saki also very good.

This place has major potential. To the chefs: when you keep it simple your sushi is great. When you put that unappetizing neon pink and green drizzle on your sushi every single person asks the server why and they say you won’t listen to the feedback. Listen. It’s gross. It’s weird. It’s not visually appealing.
