The staff are hit or miss. Sometimes they will basically climb on you to help you, other times they ignore you as if you were invisible. Good deals and prices though for a supermarket, distasteful employees.
I bought fresh fruit today. When i got home 1/2 of my strawberrys are moldy. Allot of red grapes were turning rotten or bruised. Im eldrly on SS. This is not something I am happy with.

I love their meat department qreat place to get your meat. If u can't find what your looking for just ask any of the workers their they are always willing to help you. All and all its a great place to shop.
Please teach the aisles online shoppers how to shop for produce. I feel like this is HyVees way to unload subpar produce on those not picking it out. I am not sure why I keep using this service because it is well below standards. But yet here I fall victim to a busy life and quick service..
Bought a chicken ceaser salad from their pre-made selection and there was no ceaser dressing... kind of depressing. Asked staff to please look for some with no success but they were willing to drop what they were doing to help with my request.
