Nuyu Juice Bar

Server was friendly and did a great job for working by himself. Wait wasn’t overly long. The Pitaya bowl wasn’t to bad. This was my first smoothie bowl and I’ve heard a lot of rave on them. TBH, pretty much tasted the same as the granola bowls I make at home (not a reflection on NUYU) just won’t be ordering these now that I know what they are. The Theory drink though was really good. Definitely worth getting. The establishment is small but clean. Great little setup. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll know where to find some healthy drinks (I need to try the sandwich also).

I have to say that the customer service was great! Friendly staff and attentive but $9 for a regular salad and on top of it ,the quantity you get is a bit ridiculous....A prepackaged salad at any convenience store would be better and at half the cost. Edit: I would have to disagree, unfortunately, the quality and quantity did not reflect that. It tasted exactly like the classic iceberg salad you'd get at walmart (and that's not to be rude ) . You also mentioned "when it's accessible"..so theres no consistency. While I understand you're trying to be eco-friendly, I've seen other establishments pull through without impacting other areas. As someone who tracks their food, 24oz isn't alot and that's also depending if you measure that apart from the container. I feel like I'm a pretty reasonable person, I think you would be able to accomplish the same mission without the extra cost or at least improve the quantity/quality. That being said , the review isn't meant for malicious intent, I'm just here to express an honest opinion. If I happen to return and encounter a different experience, I would gladly change my review:)

I love the freshly made squeezed juices that you can order here. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. My wife loves the smoothie bowls and the rice bowls along with the avocado toast. I have always been greeted with a nice smile at the drive up window. The young girl at the window asked me to taste my drink before I left to make sure it was perfect and to my liking. I found that little extra step left a lasting impression and find myself stopping in whenever I am in that area.

This is by far the best juice bar I have been to. The food is delicious and made from delicious fruits and vegetables upon ordering. The smoothie bowls are amazing and filling. My favorite thing to eat to tie me over until lunch is the avocado toast.The staff is friendly and personable. They are educated in every ingredients that is put in each drink or meal. I recommend this juice bar. The drive through is easy to get into and out of as this business is right off the road with easy access and easy departure. I noticed the girls wearing masks and gloves. I witnessed my juice baristas take my money with gloves and then change her gloves upon making my food. I was so happy to see that.

This is my second review and I had to edit my original. It went from a four to now a five star. The service has been outstanding. I haven't got the servers name but, by far some of the best service I've had from any business in Yakima. They recognize my car when I pull up and have my usual drinks ready as soon as I get to the window. If that's not five star service I don't know what is. Once I get the servers name I will update. Thanks.
