Worst pizza I ever had. The pizza came within 5 minutes, not enough time to even cook it. It was badly burnt, dried out with no sauce on it. I called for a replacement and asked if they would make sure there was sauce on it .The 2nd not much better, cheese was dried out and no sauce. Taking a bite was like eating old cheese on a four tortilla. Both pizzas went in the trash.Will never order from them again.

Okay so I come from the days when pizza was PIZZA. So for now a day's pizza this is as good as it gets. Man if you younger people could see back when it was PIZZA.

I was very disappointed in my experience at dominoes. The employees were rather annoying and didn’t communicate properly. The manager told me that I could only order 5 pizzas because they were out of dough. As soon as I finished ordering, new customers walked in and got large pizzas before me. I’m not sure if this is a minority thing but I definitely deserve a refund for my party being ruined.

I love the west valley domino's pizza they have been great since they moved into the the area. Trista is a amazing employee. She always does her best to provide great service to her customer's. She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you trista

We have had nothing but trouble from this store. We have a had an order that ‘didn’t exist’ even though it was paid for and had a confirmation, an order delivered but never showed up at the house (we have exterior motion sensor cameras), an order that wasn’t started for 3 hours after calling multiple times saying it was already in the oven, and every time there is something missing or incorrect with the order. Would not recommend.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called for delivery and they told me it would be about a 45 minute wait or even over an hour so I said I would order online and pick it up instead. I placed my order online and selected to pay at the location because I had a community outreach coupon for a free large pizza that I wanted to use. I get there and there’s about 7 different people waiting outside and a few others in their cars also waiting. I waited my turn and told her I still had to pay so I gave her my debit card and the coupon. The girl giving out the orders and taking the money was extremely flustered and didn’t really know what she was doing (all the other people were complaining as well and one even said she had been there waiting for 40mins for garlic bites). Once I gave her the coupon she asked if I had told them when I called and I said no because I had ordered online and chosen to pay at the location. She continued to say she didn’t know how to apply the coupon and that they were really busy (even though she still had to take my card in for the payment). She then said I should use it on Monday or Tuesday when it’s not as busy. I told her to go ahead and use my card for the full amount and didn’t complain any further because of how many people were waiting after me but it’s absolutely ridiculous that she didn’t want to process my coupon simply because she didn’t know how to. On top of that, I got home to realize that there was no sauce in my wings or cheesy bread as I had requested. Will not be returning to this location!

Ordered pizzas and showed up to pick them up on-time. They had no record of the pizzas being ordered; no pizzas ready. They asked me a bunch of questions and it turns out their listing had the wrong phone tied to it. The Orchards location on Google, routes calls to the Washington and 3rd location.They told me they had no control over the Google listing. They did offer to make a new order for me and rush it.
I'm writing this so that hopefully management can fix the listing, so other future customers can have a less frustrating experience.
