Shari's Cafe And Pies

Very good food, excellent service, comfortable seating, clean and bright restaurant. Took a minute to get seated but once there we had drinks immediately and the waitress and staff took very good care of us. Download the app for a free piece of pie (the best kind right?) and to get points towards free stuff. Bottomless drinks and ample serving size. We’ll definitely go back.

Excellent service in an excellent location. Staff was friendly and attentive and the menu was good-sized and serves breakfast all day! The prices are reasonable for restaurants today. Food was delivered to the table within about 20 minutes of ordering for a party of 5, and the food was great. Recommended for parents with children.

28 June 2022 - 4 Stars The food is good and consistent from visit to visit AND location to location. The price is nice and today's serive was FANTASTIC. The new loyalty app is a nice upgrade from the old system. Given slower business (COVID & recovery) I have generally seen fewer Pie options at all the locations, compared to pre-COVID. Will return and looking forward to the full options of Pies returning as well.

Absolutely terrible! Server did what she could but I felt guilty complaining more! I’m sure she couldn’t have known better! But as a cook I’d never have put this food in the window!Asked for poached eggs, they were hard! Asked for extra crispy toast it wasn’t toasted at all ( not color change) my daughters biscuits and gravy had dark gravy halfway covered with white gravy (old and new? ) my eggs and toast got fixed but after my steak had already sat and gotten cold for 20 minutes! Bacon was definable old from morning or something! Very very bad! Had a server talking to guest about how much she hated it there, how the restaurant was extra short staffed they were even closing an hour early and she was ready to walk out! She sounded very tired and disgreneled but time and place! Bathroom was dirty and out of TP! I’m sorry but it you can’t staff your restaurant to accommodate guests then cut your hours! My kid has been sick on the toilet the last hour and I threw up before evening leaving the place! I worked there and was one of the first employees, sad!

In my opinion Shari's has gone down hill. My sister and I went for a late breakfast. We both ordered chicken fried steak and eggs. We both wanted the eggs over medium so there wouldn't be any snotty whites. My eggs were fine, but my sister had to send her eggs back 2x as the cook couldn't get it right. Both of the chicken fried steaks were cold. Gravy was congealed on it. Definitely not one of Shari's finest moments. Places to have breakfast are not abundant and it looks like Shari's will be off our list from now on.

Good food and excellant service but it is gotten so worn down and dirty that it ruins my appatite. The carpets and booths are horribly stained and the edges of the table I sat at had crud and food stuck in the hinges. If this is what the the public sees what does the kitchen area look like where we can't see and where the food is prepped?
