Papa Johns Pizza

2 days in a row I tried to call and place an order around 5:30 pm. This "WAS" our go to pizza place. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes each time on my way home from work, no one ever answered the phone call to take my order. I tried calling today and got no answer. So I stopped by and asked if something was wrong with their phones. I was nice about it. The girl walks up to the counter saying she had a lot of boxes. Which really had nothing to do with answering a phone call. There were 5 people working and 1 out of the 5 was leaning against the wall with their hands in their pockets. I did not raise my voice when trying to explain my situation about not getting an answer. The lady just stands there staring at me with a "don't care" look on her face. So I left and called to speak to manager. He stated that they don't have a "phone person" so I'm guessing all 5 of the team members were too busy to take an order. Needless to say. I WILL NOT GO BACK. Woman at counter was very rude and had poor customer service skills.
