I have enjoyed Subway over the years, but the pandemic has really hurt them. I ordered online to get to the store and find the dining area under construction. Used their drive-thru which was slow. My sub was over filled to the point I could barely pick it up. I had to remove some items. It was fresh, but rediculous. I'm not going back. We went to Firehouse subs last night instead. Wow!

I like subway but I went there and the food was not cooked, there wasn’t enough meat on my sandwich, and they put the wrong sauce, My mom got a “wrap” and there was more wrap then anything else. Do better subway!

My favorite sub is the Sweet Onion Teriyaki. It's fantastic! I want to add that the Xenia, Ohio locations really go out of there way to satisfy a customer. Also, they are very clean. Now the location by the Dayton Mall isn't so great. You will get mainly bread, little meat and veggies. People, if I wanted bread, I'd buy a loaf. Lol

During covid: understaffed (like every fast food restaurant right now 😢) but still offering a full menu. Staff were polite, fast, and efficient. Looks like they are renovating, how exciting, can't wait to see it finished.

Do not go here. Went only had white or wheat bread no explanation or apology. Ordered the american. Club sandwich 2 pieces of bacon very little meat. Worst sandwich than any other subway

Subway has always been one of my favorites for a good fast meal. When your suffering from burger burn out. Now with the new refresh options its even better.

The food was good quality, however I feel there was little speed in the preparation. Whole I appreciate the quality, I had to wait approximately 20 minutes for six people to get through the line before my order was taken. The staff was courteous and quiet
