Frisch's Big Boy

We used the drive through today Amanda C helped us out. She was kind and friendly. We appreciated all the Ketchup packages she put in our bag. The fast food restaurant looks nice and big. The food was OK It was a little bland and nothing to brag home about. It is filling and for around $31.00 we were able to feed all 5 of us. The Drive through was fast because there was no line for it. It was nice to go to a place we have never go to before.the kid's liked there kid's meals. The kid's meals don't come with toys

I have visited this location twice this week. The first time was dine in. The wait wasn't long at all. The service was good. My server was a young man in training. He did a great job. I had the club melt. It was amazing! A few days later I came through the drive thru about 20 minutes before they closed. The young lady that took my order was super nice! And once again the club melt was delicious! Thank you to the staff for the wonderful service and amazing food!

This was our second time trying Frisch's and we won't be back. The salad bar (which is what we were excited about) was lacking the choice to make it a nice salad bar and it cost way more than it should. The burgers were mediocre, the fries weren't crunchy, and the onion rings were catfish fried. The staff was sub-par and slow. They also didn't honor the kids eat free on Monday. I'll take my business down the road and at least get good food with sub-par service.

This restaurant use to be really good but I doordashed food today and they put grits in stead of gravy for my biscuits and gravy. They forgot my toast an order of pancakes. This isn't the first time they have done this me and my family now drive 15 minutes further than the one down the street from our house.

Food was terrible they brought out a sandwich the bun was burnt, the salad was horrible tomatoes & cucumbers were not eatable. Vegetable soup was old and stuck on bottom of pan. 2 of the 3 eating got SICK.... Waitress was the worst we've had at any restaurant and to say the least Xenia location was not clean it was filthy and unsatisfied!!!!! We won't be eating there again!!!!! I usually am the first to praise and hardly NEVER complain. I would not want anyone to get sick....or waste there money. 😳🤮🤢

I sat at the bar today. It's great that bar seating is once again available! Service was good/standard ... but why did the lady who came in with her young son, dressed like she just got out of bed [in her flip flop slippers, sweats, and tank top] go behind the counter more than once during my visit. She obviously worked there but was off duty. She went behind the counter turned one way to speak to someone out of my sight, then turned the other way and spoke to the guys through the window in the cooking area, complaining and saying she was really hungry. She sat right behind me ... returned to the back a second time and went back to the kitchen/cook area. Back at her table, when the server stopped to talk with her, she again stressed how hungry she was - aggressive tone for most of the restaurant to hear her - angry woman. That's quite unacceptable from your employees who are in the building, not on the clock, but clearly representing your business. Unprofessional, unsightly, and created an environment and dining experience that was just plain disturbing. This occupied all of my time for breakfast in your Xenia, OH location.
