I’ve eaten at a lot of Cracker Barrel’s in my travels and this by far had the nicest wait staff. Kelli our waitress was so sympathetic to our 6 hour drive and was able to quickly alert the cook to my last minute change. The ladies in the gift shop were so kind and made us feel like we were home. �
Kassidy was our Rising Star server and did an excellent job serving us.
The food was cooked to perfection, hot, and timely. No place cooks fried catfish like Cracker Barrel.
We eat here quite frequently. Have never had a bad experience. Everything is always great. Waitresses are very friendly. Highly recommend. Chicken and Dumplings are superb.
Our waitress was very friendly, they are all very busy and try their hardest so we don’t expect to be waited on every single second. The food was delicious and quick to get. We are by no means picky but, Great place to get great food like mama cooks.
Our waitress was Jamie Brown and I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was!! Excellent service, food great, and we just wanted to make Jamie an honorary West Virginian!!!
We love Cracker Barrel and seek them out when traveling. I must say we received our food in an amazingly short time. This was much appreciated since we were approximately one half of the way home. Our waitress was quite pleasant and attentive to our needs and helpful as well.
Great service and loved the food. Kids enjoyed their pancakes and I enjoyed my eggs and bacon.
We go to a lot of CBs on the road when we travel. This one was by the far the friendliest I’ve ever been to. Every single person was happy as could be. Jamie, our server, was absolutely wonderful. She helped us so much as were trying something new to eat. Jamie, you’re a rockstar! Our food was absolutely delicious as well! I appreciate their kindness!
Stopped in for breakfast with the family on 9/4/21, first time our kids have ever been here. Great service from Leigh Ann, who was so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious!! Enjoyed the experience.
This review is solely based on the takeout experience. We stayed at Travelodge while traveling and Cracker Barrel was the easiest option for us. Ordered thru Google and it took less than minutes to finish our order. Food was great. It’s not receiving five stars because we ordered soup and they didn’t give us spoons.
Very good family atmosphere and service. Well displayed shop with an artistic and fun feel. Although very limited in Vegetarian dishes, tried the make your own Vegetarian platter and it was delicious! Generous portions. Great value for the money. Would love to see more Vegetarian and Vegan dishes.
Thank you Toni for serving us and taking care of our Gluten Free needs. She was attentive to all our needs and was able to provide us with a special menu that shows allergens! FYI you'd be surprised!!!. *Note* the hashbrown casserole has gluten and chicken stock (not vegetarian, not gluten free) Will dine again
This was very good!! I got the Grilled Chicken Maple Bacon Cheese dish w 2sides and my husband got the Meatloaf. Very delicious 😋
We've visited this location before, and made 2 stops 4 days apart, the food is cracker barrel standard, pretty dang good and the service was excellent. Jamie was our server, she had a smile on her face and warm greeting for everyone, she was quick and efficient and took a moment to greet the regulars she knew that she wasn't assigned to. She Made you feel right at home. We make several round trips through the area each year and this is one of our favorite stops. Keep up the good work Jamie and Cracker Barrel
