Rarely have I felt so ripped off. The chicken was dried up, the breading was missing, what was there was soggy. They only gave us 11 pieces instead of 12, and the price missing was a breast. They forgot the honey mustard, which if you have kids you know they won't eat without it. They charged me $12 to add 6 chicken strips to our family meal deal, I tried to clarify with the kid at the window but he didn't care and our kids were hungry so we went with it. Their menu has zero transparency, just strips are not listed. After we were done I went back around and they sell 5 strips with sides for $9, $12 for just 6 strips makes no sense. Pretty terrible for $50, also ruined mothers day dinner.

My husband loves a quick stop until he eats all that he ordered... Then he wishes he didn't until he gets some Pepto.
Good food, just don't order a ton at one time, then they skip corners or forget things in your bag of ordered foods.

Twice in the last month our drive through orders have wrong. Nothing more frustrating after a hard day at work to not have your order right and have to go back out and get it right.

Lobby is closed but the drive-through is open and moved very quickly. I got a mixture of drumsticks and thighs with original recipe and was not disappointed. They were hot, juicy, and exactly what I was expecting. Bonus points for good customer skills from the drive-through crew.

Make sure you check your food before leaving, the last two times I came here I asked for mashed potatoes in my meal and got fries instead. I hate these new fries, so I end up not eating half my meal.

We stopped last night after I got out of the ER for the day. We ordered the #12 and the #13 meals. We live 45 minutes away so we started to eat on our way home. The chicken sandwiches were so puny!! And one wasn't spicy like we ordered. After looking at their menu online I see that we were totally screwed and were switched with the chicken LITTLE teeny, tiny oblong sandwich!!! What a ripoff!!!!!

Got the order wrong got masked potatoes instead of fries pop was out then didn't realize the food was wrong after that got upcharges for a breast and had thighs
