Pizza Hut

When my kids want Pizza Hut, this is the location I always choose. Everyone is always so kind and polite and helpful. Last night even helped me bring my pizza out to my car after watching me try to juggle my toddler who was in her pajamas ready for bed with no shoes on. I'm not sure if this good man worked there or not, but I appreciate him very much. Little things like that are not so little. We have such a great community, who show random acts of kindness, it gives me hope for the future. So big shout out to the man who helped me carry my pizzas out to my car, for everybody who was working in the back while it was busy and to the woman who was working up front who stayed calm.

We were quickly greeted with smiling faces. Even though they didn't have any servers available, we were invited to stay. Though their fountain drinks weren't available we were offered bottled drinks. Our food was delivered promptly and we were checked in on often. I love a place who treats customers well and goes the extra mile when they could have easily turned us away.

Amazing pizza and great customer service. The manager there was very honest about a mistake they made. He said our pizza sat in the window without anyone knowing for an extended amount of time. Then he offered us some coupons for free pizza on our next visit. The honesty and integrity was very much appreciated. The pizza was still very good as well!

My pizzas are being made exactly as requested even with new employees being hired. They are doing a great job in my opinion. They are watching the orders closely and paying attention to special comments on the pizza order. Great job to the Monday crew at this 5783 Byron Center Avenue Pizza Hut!! Thank You!!

I placed an order online and I didn’t realize it auto changed the address I entered until I got the confirmation email. I called the restaurant and the manager told me it was out of their delivery area but that he would see if he had enough drivers to still deliver it. I explained that I can order from the correct one I would just need this order canceled since I can’t pay for two $40+ orders. They ended up being able to deliver which was appreciated.

Called in an order for an Edge Ultimate pizza for pick-up. The order placed over the phone, was smooth. The order was ready when I walked in the door. It was piping hot and loaded with toppings. I love Pizza Huts thin crust and this one surely didn’t disappoint! If you don’t appreciate thin crust, you may not be crazy about it. My wife is not a foodie and she loved it. Don’t know what else to say. Also, it appeared they had a couple of the employees were in training, which impressed me as well.
