I typically have good experiences here, but the other day was not great.
After going over the order 2x and being very specific, only 1 item was correct and that was a drink.

Ordered 45$ worth of food. Got home and found they forgot stuff. Tried to call them and got no response. Forgot tenders for my kids meal, forgot 2 mashed potatoes and gave me an extra cole slaw. Just disappointed.
Always hit and miss with this place. I normally get a famous bowl and half the time I get it and it looks like it's half full. I would love it if another KFC was near my house so I wouldn't have to go to this one.
The lobby is closed, only drive through...They turned the lobby into a daycare...kids in pampers running around & toys and pampers thrown everywhere.. talk about ghetto...

Food was wrong and service was terrible. Rude employees and didn't even give me all my order. Use to love this place but will never go to one again.guess I'm finally trying out Popeyes.
Wish they still offered the smaller $3 box option. Food was fresh this time and the lady at the drivethru was polite
Worst experience I've ever had. Food was cold. Biscuits hard as a rock. When I tried to cut into it to put butter the whole thing fell apart.
