The local BigBoy still seems to be struggling a bit post Covid. Hours are reduced still, and staffing appears to be an ongoing issue. Food was good, server was pleasant but obviously inexperienced and slower than typical. Still typical BigBoy atmosphere. Will go again, jusy cause I have a long history with BB.

Food was ok service was ok server obviously didn't like the person that joined the group and it showed. I can understand that but you have to treat the other customers who haven't done anything, fairly and nice.

Came here for the 99 cent big boy burger. Waited about 10 minutes for our server to even come over. Took another 5 minutes to get out pops, my burger was over cooked. It saddens me that this place went down hill. So many moments of my childhood ruined.

Stopped in for a monthly breakfast date with my mom and had received amazing service from Dacoda and Aubrey! Aubrey is a great trainer, Docada seems well set up to be a great server here! :)

Aubrey and her trainee dacoda did a fantastic job dealing with customers that were sitting next to us that were complaining about their food. So we are very thankful for their smiles

I’ve been coming here about 2+ time a month, usually for breakfast and always have a pleasant experience. Service is great and everyone is always nice, though some of the staff know me as a regular.
Food is also great and I also like the seasonal specials. Plates I like are the Big Boy, cinnamon toast, and their omelets.
Great place to take the family for breakfast. They have a breakfast bar but some of the stuff is better if you order it.

We cone here because it's always friendly service ,good fast food. We are very pleased to see the new general manager Connor stepping up and working hard to make it a better place. Our server Monica she is very attentive and compaasionate to customer's.Keep the good hard effortsit an enjoyable place to visit.
