Chick-fil-a

I ordered chicken nuggets and mac cheese as a lunch for my desires, and it was pretty busy as I expected. Every single time, the nice employees will always get your order right and will give you a refund or something free if there is a problem with the food. The interior and exterior are pretty normal for all locations all over Michigan. Overall, this place is very awesome. 😀

Great staff. Fast service! Yummy fries and frosted lemonade! I paid an up charge for strawberry syrup in my sunjoy this recent time, and I was told it was at the bottom of the cup. After driving off, stirring and sipping, I was disheartened to learn it was not. i was excited to try something different. I'll try next time!

Can't say enough about visiting the Chick-fil-A here. From the convenience of ordering my food on my Phone app as we were driving here. Selecting the table in the restaurant to have sent to. They truly have this process down to a science. Other restaurants that operate anywhere close to this should look to them as the gold standard. The place was clean including the restroom the staff was beyond extra nice. It may seem as they're always busy. And the line might be long, but the line will moves extremely fast.

Normal chicken fillet. Quite busy any time of the day. Although, the drive through line seemed to move more slowly here than at other locations. I've visited this place in other towns and states and haven't experienced a line like that. Perhaps some one called in with the sniffles or did poisoning. Happens to the best of us. I'll go again and you should too. Still good food for fast food. Just want the quickest the time I visited. Certainly, it's already flowing smoothly like every other place. My pleasure visiting here.

Today was the first time I have had Chick-fil-A in over 25 years. I lived in Dallas, TX then and Chick-fil-A was my go to restaurant while in college and working. Finally, made it to downtown Grand Rapids, MI to a new Chick-fil-A and the food was as good as I remembered. Wonderful!! I wish they would build one in Big Rapids or Greenville. The absolute best chicken sandwich that I have ever had.

I’m a frequent flyer here at 54th Street chick fila. I love a good Deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Unfortunately this evening Friday the 7th Alia one of the order takers didn’t make my meal a deluxe. Thankfully Arianna at the window giving me my food made up for it with her excellent service. Alia made my visit slightly bobo but arianna grabbed the experience just as it was diving into the depths of hell and brought it back ascending upwards heavenly ever after. Truly thank you arianna..
