As expected and always, great food, great service and my server was even funny. I've always had a positive experience at CFA and this visit was the same... stellar as expected. We usually comment as to the positive disposition of the wait staff when they take our order.
We were at a metro location the week prior (ok, I'm a CFA Junkie... it's my FAV) and my daughter commented that it must be stressful to work for such a busy place when the food services all around you are desiring their counters while CFA has a huge line. That's the kind of stress I would enjoy having.
Thank you once again for doing chicken and business the way you do! Maybe someday, I won't have ondice as far to eat CFA... still praying for that.
The #2 needs the heat, not spicy at all!!! But beyond that the service was mind blowing for a fast food joint and the fresh lemonade was the best I've ever had, will be back for sure!
I ordered chicken nuggets and mac cheese as a lunch for my desires, and it was pretty busy as I expected. Every single time, the nice employees will always get your order right and will give you a refund or something free if there is a problem with the food. The interior and exterior are pretty normal for all locations all over Michigan. Overall, this place is very awesome. 😀
Normal chicken fillet. Quite busy any time of the day. Although, the drive through line seemed to move more slowly here than at other locations. I've visited this place in other towns and states and haven't experienced a line like that. Perhaps some one called in with the sniffles or did poisoning. Happens to the best of us. I'll go again and you should too. Still good food for fast food. Just want the quickest the time I visited. Certainly, it's already flowing smoothly like every other place. My pleasure visiting here.
I’m a frequent flyer here at 54th Street chick fila. I love a good Deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Unfortunately this evening Friday the 7th Alia one of the order takers didn’t make my meal a deluxe. Thankfully Arianna at the window giving me my food made up for it with her excellent service. Alia made my visit slightly bobo but arianna grabbed the experience just as it was diving into the depths of hell and brought it back ascending upwards heavenly ever after. Truly thank you arianna..
Great staff. Fast service! Yummy fries and frosted lemonade! I paid an up charge for strawberry syrup in my sunjoy this recent time, and I was told it was at the bottom of the cup. After driving off, stirring and sipping, I was disheartened to learn it was not. i was excited to try something different. I'll try next time!
Can't say enough about visiting the Chick-fil-A here.

They truly have this process down to a science. Other restaurants that operate anywhere close to this should look to them as the gold standard.
The place was clean including the restroom the staff was beyond extra nice.
It may seem as they're always busy. And the line might be long, but the line will moves extremely fast.
For fast food it's good. They have grilled nuggets which is all I get there and they season them well. Super fast service even when long line not long wait. I usually will not wait in other places if 2 cars are ahead of me and these guys just roll ya right thru
The last time I was here was a week ago. I had the grilled chicken club, fries, and strawberry shake. The meal made me sick. Stomach ach all day. I won't go back.
ordered food for here when a friend ordered hers to go, and tyreek noticed and immediately asked if I wanted it to go! I was nervous to ask but he was super kind and went out of his way to make my experience better, which was awesome!! give this guy a raise!!
I love Chick-fil-A. The food is awesome. I could eat their spicy chicken sandwiches and soups every day!
The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Their employees hold an actual conversation, very polite and very good manors. 👍 I wish more places had service like theirs.
Today was the first time I have had Chick-fil-A in over 25 years. I lived in Dallas, TX then and Chick-fil-A was my go to restaurant while in college and working. Finally, made it to downtown Grand Rapids, MI to a new Chick-fil-A and the food was as good as I remembered. Wonderful!! I wish they would build one in Big Rapids or Greenville. The absolute best chicken sandwich that I have ever had.
