Wing Doozy

Outstanding customer service. Every. Single. Time. Today they went above and beyond, calling me almost immediately after I placed an online order that had stated a 1 min pickup time, which I didn't think much of. The girl on the phone wanted to let me know that the pickup time entered by mistake and and wanted to make sure I wasn't rushing over to pick it up, and that it would be closer to 15 mins, which is very reasonable considering it's Friday night dinner time. That right there was something that stood out to me as excellent service. Also at the pickup counter, the gentleman was about to show me my order as is customary, and I said no need, just because I ordered basic wings and fries. His response was much appreciated stating he's the manager and if he is going to tell the rest of the staff to do it, he's going to do it too. The whole lead by example, not 'do as I say, not as I do' approach. I wish more customer service based businesses lived up to this standard. Those little things take it from standard service to above and beyond. Which is why I go back on almost a weekly basis!

Absolutely love Wing Doozy! Whenever I'm craving wings, it's my go-to place without a doubt. My usual order is the 6-piece sweet honey BBQ boneless wing combo with parmesan fries – those wings are incredibly massive, juicy, and coated with just the right amount of sauce. But you know what's the real star? The doozy dip! This creamy peppery sauce is so amazing that I not only dip my wings in it but also my fries. Trust me, it's a game changer! One of the things I appreciate most is that my food is consistently piping hot and fresh. The staff deserves a shoutout too – always friendly and they even show me my order before bagging it, ensuring everything is perfect. I can't recommend Wing Doozy enough to everyone looking for mouthwatering wings and top-notch service. It's a must-visit!
