Although this was my first time going to their cafe, I've been a fan of Delancey's bagels for years!! My Nana Bea (rest in peace) would always order dozens of bagels from here and share some with my mother and I, and the pumpernickel & pumpernickel/rye swirl bagels were always my favorite!! The cafe has such a cozy feel with very pleasant employees ready to help! I ordered coffee and there were several flavors on tap to choose from (as well as non-dairy milk options). I also ordered the Tuscany grilled chicken sandwich on a pumpernickel bagel and it was SOOOO GOOOOOD!!!!! I'll definitely be keeping our bagel tradition alive in our family by coming here!!

Different Cheesesteak #923. I would have been happy not to like Delancey St Bagels & Cafe. I got the steak & egg breakfast bagel sandwich. It was pretty freaking tasty. It wasn’t much to look at but it had a lot of flavor. The steak was seasoned nicely. I will be back for their Cheesesteak served on a baguette. They got 2 bonus points for having 50% off day old danish rack.

Take a hard pass on this place. It’s way past it’s prime. I was appalled at the plate of garbage they gave me that passed for food. It was not edible and they missed half of the ingredients. $20 wasted. Also the floor was dirty, the eating tables, and the coffee area - all were filthy. Coffee is disgusting too.

Ordered 2 Steak egg and cheese bagels and they were absolutely DISGUSTING! The eggs were dry rubber. The steak was a 'just add water' square. The cheese would not melt at all! The bagel was stale and hard. Completely inedible. Its a clean peaceful establishment with an attractive website. But do not be fooled by this as I was. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered in advance. I walked in the door at 7:09 am and also ordered an ice latte while I was waiting for my food (the latte was super yummy)
I am a college student, I was on my way to my 8am class, I didn’t have time to investigate my food before leaving the building.
While in route I started to eat my sandwich, and I noticed that all of the turkey bacon was completely burnt.
I called and tried to make a complaint and informed the person that I was on the phone with that I couldn’t currently turn around to receive a new one.
There was no negotiation, she just said “okay, thank you” and hung up the phone.
Super disappointed.

This is a nice bagel shop for a quick bite to eat when you are shopping. The issue I have with this place is the staff and service. The young lady that took my order was not very inviting. It wouldn’t kill you to smile. I ordered ice coffee and had to wait 10 minutes for the barista to come to the expresso station to prepare it. Then, they ran out of oatmilk. Also, I ordered my food to eat in, but they gave me take out, which is a waste of bags. This place has the potential to be great, but with so many other food options in the shopping center, this place just won’t be my go to.

Had the worst service today, ordered a bagel and left for 15 mins to go to another store. Came back and asked if my bagel was ready. The person who I ordered with told me it wasn’t ready and proceeded to go on her phone behind the counter. While there was two bags behind her she didn’t check and I proceeded to wait. They called out 3 more people and then she finally checked the bags behind her. NEVER going there again. My bagel was overdone. They are also WAY overpriced and not worth the wait.
