i just want to start off i love the staff, all of them are fantastic people. but i consistently get foam when i specifically ask for no foam, it's a starbucks thing not specific to this store. idk what it is about foam i just despise the texture, taste everything about it. just let the milk set for a moment after steaming before you free pour my drink

I come here almost every weekend to get my coffee fix. It's fast and convenient especially through mobile order, however I've had issues three consecutive visits now so I just wanted to address it. Nothing personal. Ok, so I ordered a grande drink twice and both times the cup was about 2/3 filled. I don't know why I don't check it but I guess since I'm in a rush I don't realize it until I reach my destination. I first think that maybe someone forgot to add foam twice but anyway for a grande I feel I'm getting a tall instead. My third visit I ordered a peppermint mocha venti and it had the peppermint mocha taste but I swear it tasted like hot chocolate. It was like there was no coffee in it. Thanks for your hard work and I hope to have a better experience next time, thank you.

This is the ONLY Starbucks in north Jersey that fills your cup to the top when you order no ice. Other locations I will get a drink that’s half full and it’s such a rip off. Their cold brews are top notch and we only go to Starbucks if this location is open. So happy they are open again after renovations! I also love that they have pride flags 😊

The coffee is excellent, hot, and well made. However, the barristers are increasingly rude, especially on a Sunday afternoon when twice they have just placed my drink in front of me without so much as a word or smile, not even making eye contact with me, as if they are put out when I come to collect my order and point out which one is mine, if I see it. There used to be a girl, maybe the manager who was exceptionally friendly and it makes such a difference to the environment of a place having such a courteous and warm welcome, which recently has been absent.

Horrible “baristas”. Had an online order of two items and the guy only gave me one, said the other is not ready when it was actually ready. Just made me wait coz they don’t know how to manage. Wish this Starbucks had better customer service.

always a great experience at this starbucks! Spencer and Shay are always here on Friday nights to make great drinks and make my night the best :)

Very friendly staff, quick service. The only problem is the quality of drinks. The same drink tastes different everyday and is almost never made the same. Often it's missing elements or has them way out of proportion. Sometimes feels like they're not 100% sure on how to make certain drinks so they just wing it.
