Review T.s. Ma Chinese Cuisine - Wyckoff

TS Ma is one of the unique Chinese restaurants where you can get authentic Chinese Cuisine. Their homemade Peking Duck is out of the world, better than any places that I ever tasted, their wrap is extra thin combined with their home made sauce, and is absolutely delicious. They also have home made cold cuts like: Tofu Skin wrapped with Veggie and Chef Special Braised Beef Shane are unbelievably unique and tasty. I also tasted their Shanghai Ribs, Chinese Broccoli, and Fish Filets with Ginger sauce are totally out of the world. Most importantly, their chef made special red bean pancake for dessert, I've never experienced something so special.

Phenomenal food… Extremely fresh and authentic. Very clean… The service and fast and the staff is so pleasant. If you want the real deal, made with the freshest ingredients, this is the place to go!

This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the suburbs of New York and the second or third if we consider NYC. I have ordered to go during Covid many times and it was very good, but in person it was superb. The staff was really nice with me and my kids, I was surprised (maybe too used to China Town) but felt really welcomed in their restaurant. Their food is really tasty and they care about quality. The Hot and sour soup tastes really "natural" and taste is not strong but subtle and real, not like those powder msg soups everywhere else, spare ribs were really good, the dumplings I've had them better, they were not super tasty but still good, the General Tso chicken was incredible: Crispy, only white immaculate chicken with a perfect crisp and actually a good portion. (Remember to ask for extra sauce, or it might be on the dryer side and you might miss more delicious stuff) The broad noodles were also something really good, sticky, not oily but chewy and delicious pork chow fun. Me and my family had a really good experience. And of course, as with every food, it is so much better in the restaurant than being kept in a tupper for 20 or 30 minutes. (still good though at home but worth going in person)

Absolutely delicious food! Always consistent. Decent size portions. Went here for take out a few times and will definitely go back. I used to go to Golden Dynasty in Franklin Lakes. Since they closed TS Ma was recommended to me and I'm glad it was. GREAT FOOD!

I can honestly say that TS Ma has the most exquisite Chinese cuisine I’ve tried in my life! The fried rice is prepared like nothing I have ever tasted, and as for the dumplings- I’m speechless! Anyone can easily tell that the employees there work hard to make the food they serve, while using the freshest ingredients possible to prepare the food. Overall, TS Ma has extraordinary cuisine like no other, and I highly recommend their sesame chicken!

Do you think all of this food is worth 62 dollars? The food was so unflavored and its supposed to be some high end cuisine. No lunch specials. The chow fun was extremely oily the meat was thin but it was good. The noodles did not have any taste to them at all. They tasted old and oily. The rice was dry and tasted like it was yesterdays rice. The shrimp rolls were as if they left them out to dry for two days. The sesame chicken they look like they used decent breast meat in it but its like 18 bucks who the heck needs thar dish for that much. It was not sweet and crunchy. It was just flavored and soft in the inside. I really cant believe this place is in business with the way the food tastes and costs. The egg drop was so watery usually it has a thicker consistency to it. They were nice people in there though. Very nice to deal with. They will push you to pay cash to get 10% off like it makes a difference when your paying an arm and a leg for their food anyway. I regret we didn’t buy from across the street his darn place didnt come up in google. Your chineese man fix that! Your one of the smartest people on earth!

My daughters birthday was last week and she wanted General Tso’s chicken. This restaurant came highly recommended. The portions are huge and even had enough for next days lunch. Food quality was excellent, probably the best Chinese food I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be coming back.

Great food for a Sunday lunch. Service is always quick and attentive. If you like Hot and Sour Soup, give theirs a try. It's a bit different but good. The crab wontons are more crab than cheese so depends on your taste. I prefer more of the cheese but the crab is fresh!
