Very friendly staff, always helpful and smiling even when busy. My regular coffee shop and always have a lovely drink!

I must have come on a bad day. Everybody should have trainee on their backs. Only two people in front and it took 20 minutes to get a drink. Hardly any food out, things being dropped... It was like a circus. And I really don't get how people say it's lovely. It's in the middle of a Tesco's!
