Quality of the overall food has gone down within the past couple of months since they have new workers. They are nice and polite but always either get the order wrong or undercooked the food. I got snackin 🥓 that was floppy and translucent but figured they just took it out of the oven so I would need to give it time to harden up, turns out it was halfway cooked and as soon as I ate it 5 to 10 minutes later I had a mild stomach ache which I know will turn into full-blown food poisoning at some point because you're not supposed to get a belly ache right after you eat something that looked iffy to begin with. The only reason why I'm upset is because I fed a piece of this undercooked bacon to my three-year-old son who I hope doesn't get sick because people don't know what they're doing or care to do their job properly while on the clock. I've recently started going to the Dunkin Donuts downtown and it's what the Dunkin Donuts on Main Street should be or at least used to be. They remember your order right off the top of their head if you're a regular and their food is always thoroughly cooked especially if you request well done.

Dunkin's has unfortunately hit an all time low. Service is spotty at best. Hard to order ( communication is tough) and most orders are wrong or prepared in haste. Really wasting your money going there but there is very little alternative.

Clean, quick and courteous. Your average Dunkin Donuts. Unfortunately the seating area was still closed.

Ordering from app is what I typically do. I usually go there twice per week. Very fast and pleasant using the app. Otherwise (like when app goes down), the people there are confused about reward points. The easiest solution of theirs is to not give any points.

Coffee is always made good here everywhere else I go isn't the greatest.

Nice hot coffee every time. They make as I want it and always fresh. The folks who work also have a smile always while giving the coffee whenever I visit.

Went there today January 2nd 2019.I watched one of the ladies who was wearing latex gloves come from handling money at the register to making a sausage egg and cheese sandwich to picking something off the floor all without changing gloves.I was there for 20 minutes and never once I saw her change gloves.I called Worcester city health code and also asked the lady to change gloves when handling food. She claimed she did but the video doesnt lie.I bet the health code enforcement will fund more violations. The other cashier had a developing cold and was coughing all over everything.Sorry no more DUNKIN for me.
