Domino's Pizza

I was very disappointed. I placed my order for the Shrewsbury location at around 10:50pm and for some reason it got send to the wrong store. This is what I received, a burnt pizza with barely no cheese. I know it was a late night order but that’s not an excuse. According to the app it was on quality check for 20 min by Ali so plenty of time to check and see that more than half the pizza was burnt. I spend 22$ for just a cheese pizza. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of money. I hope and will receive a refund as we had to completely throw it out.

We will NOT be ordering from this Dominos again. We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery that arrived cold. We watched the process on the app and the pizzas were in “Quality Control” for over 20 minutes after being cooked. My husbands pizza was coated in orange oil and the cheese had separated. I ordered a gluten free pizza (they were good at one time) also arrived cold and burnt around the edges. By the time I warmed it up enough to eat it was a frisbee. Burncoat Pizza was closed for the day so we decided to give our local Dominos another try. This wasn’t our first bad pizza from Dominos, It used to be much better.

This is a small domino's pizza place on West Boylston Street with excellent customer service. ( I love that!) The staff helped me with my whole order ,step by step , because I had a Verizon Up Domino's gift card that I didn't know how to redeem. Anyways, it was stress free for me, thanks to Kevin. It's a very busy place with busy staff all around and it's only Tuesday! My Food was kept hot until I was ready to take it! Me and two other people sat in to eat our pizza, chicken and bread. See the pics in this review . It is the average fast food pizza place, but I do love excellent customer service no matter where we go! This place gets a 5 star from me!!! :) The manager Kevin was great! You can tell this place has a positive and good service !! Stop by and Say hi to Kevin , the manager and Andre, the Assistant manager. Oh yeah, one more thing.... look for coupons they always have some! Great deals to lower your cost! I create my own pizza :)
