The past five years I've been going here I've never had an issue until the older man who started working in the morning would complain because I would order my apple fritter heated up. They have heated up my apple fritter for years so now they went ahead and cancelled apple fritters altogether they no longer sell them why would you do that on something you sell out of almost everyday. I mean are you going to take Bagels away when somebody asks for you to toast it extra extra dark? Or are you going to start telling people they can't have extra swirl in their coffee. I mean that literally how I ordered my breakfast every morning and you want to cancel apple fritters because you thought it was too much of an inconvenience to heat them up. This place just lost a ton of business I literally would go to dunks three four times a day my husband would go at least twice a day. And I know it had to do with him because he gave me straight attitude and then thought it was funny to tell me they don't have them anymore. What a way to have employees working for you. Unbelievable.

Ive been going here for a few months and it's been alright. Today around 8am ordered a HOT caramel swirl latte.. I wait, I could hear her steaming the drink.. she gives it to me and even says "here is your hot latte" I grab the cup it's not even warm.. ok maybe it's just insulated well.. I open it it's not even remotely warm.. and not even filled to.top. whatever about that but HOW was it cold? I had to go I didn't have time to return it. I'm not even mad really, just confused how you steam it and put the hot espresso in and it's cold. I was a barista quite recently and obviously she didn't know how to use the espresso machine or know how to steam. Was this some kind of prank? Lol. I'm still confused 😕 Help me understand!

Honestly this Dunkin’s is going downhill since the last manager left. There’s a new guy running the place and he doesn’t know anything about customer service. Multiple times now I’ve ordered online and had to wait 15+ minutes for my order. When I ask about it, they have no clue what I’m talking about and try saying that I didn’t order. This is almost on a daily basis. The new manager is rude and hot headed

The night shift here is exceptional, but the day shift is absolutely awful. My order is a Hot Cocoa with added milk and a shot of espresso. Night crew is always spot on and do it right. They're sweet and kind and are always an absolute delight. Day shift, however, pretty much always gives me a straight coffee. No espresso, no hot chocolate. The only thing they get right is putting milk in it. If you're getting coffee at night, 5/5 stars. If you're there during the day, however, ONE STAR.

I had the most perfect cup of hot tea, milk, and ice cubes at this Dunkin's today. The sesame seed bagel with strawberry cream cheese was perfect, too! Thank you! It's the small things that can make a day wonderful! Thank you!

Up until like 2 months this dunking was the best and most accurate for order taking. They got all new staff recently and it went way down. Every day the coffees are messed up and if your fine with waiting another 10 minutes for coffee after already waiting 10 minutes. Management is to blame for no training.

Best Dunkin in Worcester. Been to them all. Never an issue. Daily Dunkin goer.

Whoever is making coffee today is doing a really bad job. Or whoever trained them they didn't tell them the difference between the swirl and the shot. HUGE difference, this is coming from an experienced barista.
