Review Uncle Sam's Pizza - Worcester

This place used to be pretty good a few years ago, but it seems as if it changed owners. I went in with 2 other people we all ordered subs and it took 30 min even though they were all cold subs. I ordered mine without veggies as the bald guy taking my order confirmed. When my sub finally came it was covered in lettuce and tomatoes. My friend's sub was wrong too. I brought mine back up and politely told the guy that my sub was wrong. He immediately told me that he didn't make a mistake, but would take the veggies off. He did a crappy job and I brought it back again. He refused to make me a new sub and told me it was his word against mine even when my friend joined me telling him that she heard him confirm the order as well. He started yelling at us and told us that he would not refund my money or make me a new sub.

Extremely Poor Service I ordered through Uncle Sam's website and was delivered the wrong pizza. I called Uncle Sam's and was assured that the correct pizza would be delivered to me within the hour as long as the current pizza was untouched. After an hour of no sign of delivery I called them again. The man who answered had no knowledge of an order for me and did not even apologize for the exceptionally poor service. I will definitely not be ordering with them again and will advice acquaintances to steer clear of Uncle Sam's

Absolutely disgusting. If you value your health, don't eat here. I found a staple in my pizza. A STAPLE! I could have choked to death. On top of that the meat was undercooked and the service was terrible. This place should go out of business... and the really short, fat guy (I'm assuming he is the manager) is extremely rude. The only reason this excuse of a restaurant stays afloat is because of drunk Clark kids.

I recently moved into the area I had company come over and figured lets order Pizza locally to support the community, I ordered a LRG BBQ Chicken Pizza, Garlic Knots and 2ltr Pepsi. The Person on the phone hung up before giving me a Total. 1 hour later when the food arrived the Total was $30.00 Oh My God !!! The Pizza was a bottle of BBQ Sauce dumped over dried Chicken Pieces and the Pizza Dough Was Soggy $16.50, The Garlic Knots were several baked Dry Pieces of Knotted Pizza Dough with Some Slop I guess was supposed to be the Garlic Sauce $6.95 and Luke Warm Bottle Of Pepsi. Normally I would have made a stink about it and requested my money back but by time I would have gotten a response it would have been midnight. Needless To say That was the Most expensive Trash Delivery I have ever had. At most I would have expected $20.00 for the Meal this was so OVER PRICED and Worst I have ever had in Worcester MA.

Okay people have only remember to use the review section to talk about their bad orders, but I did remember all the times I've had my pizza/calzones/wings/sub ready after 15 to 20 mins of calling. Generally satisfied. I'm glad they are open late for us who arrive from night shifts and have them so close in our neighborhood.

This place is absolutely terrible. So first of all there used to be an Uncle Sam's in Leicester that was great until it was under new ownership maybe a year ago. It still hasn't been updated online that it has closed or anything and the same Leicester phone number is now forwarded to the Worcester place. I wanted a pizza since I was heading to class and called for a pickup. 15 minutes later I'm driving around Leicester where the address states that it is online and Uncle Sam's is nowhere to be found. I call back and find out that it's in Worcester and tell them they should update their info since the Leicester area code phone number gets forwarded to the Worcester place. Anyway then I drive for another 15 minutes to get to the place on Park Ave and when I'm in there the guy behind the counter is very rude and unfriendly. I look in my wallet and realize all I have is a $100 dollar bill and he says he can chane it, then he opens the cash register and realized he doesn't have the change. I'm like damn I can't really wait for a driver to come back because I need to get to my class, so I go across the street to the Tedeschi to get change and once I get back to the pizza shop I find out the guy has already thrown out my pizza. It's incredulous how bad this place is, I will never go here again. That guy behind the counter sucks

Usually they're such a good place but today they were horrible. I ordered food at 1:50pm & waited two hours & a half. I called three times & they said the driver showed up & called me. But I have no missed calls & my doorbell never rang. To top it all off the owner/manager said they blocked my address and wouldn't redeliver. Rude customer service. Never ordering from here ever again.

# 5 on the Worcester pizza quest It was a Saturday night, didn't want to cook and wanted pizza. I looked at the next in line for my pizza choices. Uncle Sam's Pizza is right beside Clark off Main Street and gives discounts to Clark students. I called the person on the phone sounded pleasant and took the time to answer my questions. I ordered 1 large Cheese and 1 small mushroom. This is a small typical pizza shop, a couple of small tables a TV in the corner, mostly for pick up or delivery. The place was clean and the man at the counter was pleasant and seemed very happy to be helping you out. For one large cheese and one small mushroom it only came to 10.25. I was very impressed a very cheap pizza. Very nice. I got the pizza home opened the box. The crust is the bread style pizza but I think they have done it the best so far. This was the best bread style I have had in a long time. It almost leans towards a thin crust. Both pizza's had plenty of cheese the sauce was the only real down point. I couldn't give it a 4 star because of the sauce. It's a good sauce nothing special, if they took the time and worked a much better tasting sauce they really would have a step above any pizza place in that neighborhood. They used fresh mushrooms for me isn't a big plus but it seemed to work well with the crust and bland sauce. This was a really good pizza it truly almost was a 4 star pizza but the bland sauce doesn't make it a great pizza. If you want a really good pizza cheap stop bye PS the next day cold pizza. it didnt really hold the flavor of the night before. it turns into the cardboard style pizza. so for a next day pizza i would give it 1.5 stars
