We went initially thru the drive thru but we were having trouble giving our order to the speaker. Upon leaving we checked our order and realized we did not get all of our items. We went back to the restaurant and stood in line for at least 25 minutes while the staff scrambled to help customers ahead of us. The staff seemed unable to work as a team and customers in the restaurant kept coming up because their orders were wrong. Some staff had ignored them or had attitudes. Some staff were helpful while others were not! They need more help and better training of current staff. Just awful!

Been here many times and each time I feel like they never get my order right. I’m already very irritated today and I asked for to supreme tacos. One soft and one dorito loco. I get my tacos, non are supreme and they only have meat and cheese on them. No longer going to this place again!

The staff are painfully overworked which unfortunately leads to mistakes that they aren't always able to fix.
They left out half of my sister's order of food the last time she ordered and had to go all they way back to bring it up since the phone line instantly drops your call to a automated apology.
I will say they did their best to fix it and added extra cookies to make up for it, but it's not the only time this has happened.
They looked exhausted and honestly I'm more worried about them than mad. Until they are fuller staffed I'd just be careful when ordering.

Worst taco bell ive ever been to, food is always terrible. Paid 5$ for a burrito supreme that was the same size as a soft shell taco. Ingredients are always old and burnt and or missing.

Went for a Baja blast but the Baja blast tasted like carbonated water because lady wouldn’t do her job and fill the syrup then she gives an attitude and says idk what their problem is the Baja blast is supposed to be “light”

I love this tacobell the staff are so polite and my order is always correct!😄 I go here often and I never had an issue I would recommend it 10/10 times and the new wild strawberry lemonade freeze is to die for😁 I always see the cashier and cooks wear gloves and masks so I feel safe picking up my mobile orders, I picked up another mobile order today and I was greeted warmly I will forever rate this place 5 stars.
I wanna give a special thanks for the team of employees that serve us everyday specially because they're working under these very tough conditions yall are amazing❤

I’ve been here multiple times and if they’re not closed they take on average an hour to get a simple order done. They also can’t read online orders. They talk more than they work and while the store is closed(early), the workers are inside hanging out. Not sure how this place is still open.
