I'm a dunking guy. I shop every and the reason why my 1 star is, theirs no public bathroom. 👎 other than that, big parking space and fast food service.
Constantly gets orders wrong. Mocha becomes vanilla to them or asking for milk becomes cream. If you aren't willing to serve the customer (they're always rude as well) then close your business.
Took over 20 min to get an over cooked bagel and a tiny dab of cream cheese in the dead center. I'll have to post the picture... 4 cars were in front of me. No exaggerations here
I frequent this location and more than once over the course of the past week I found the store closed during normal business hours with no indication they were closed. Doors were locked with employees inside and a line at the drive thru that eventually gave up and drove off.
Got to the window, got our food. Then kept telling us to hold on it will be just a minute. All we wanted to do was pay, and they kept telling us to wait for our order.
Go to 490 Lincoln st right up the street way better service and they know what they’re doing. This place is a mess and when they get your order wrong the try to say it was not wrong.
I think they are suppose to open at 5am but I’ve been by here a couple of times and they’re not open, unless they open at 6am(?). But, it really is frustrating when you look forward to that morning Dunks and they’re not even open.
Garbage employees and product. Never heard at the drive-thru and have to wait while employees fail to get orders right. Need management intervention
