Review Broth - Worcester

I was very excited to try the food hear but I'm disgusted. I just ordered dinner for my family delivered by door dash. As soon as I opened my salad, I found a bug trying to crawl out. I did my best to get a picture... hard to do as it was moving. It's on the edge of the container in the photo. I tried calling the restaurant about the issue but their phone was shut off.

Nice cute place for amazing ramen! Pocket friendly too! Vegetarian ramen was yum and cheesy melting in your mouth combined with croutons!

Cozy little place on the corner. We sat at the bar. The bartender was awesome. She was able to get a tasting of there home-made sangria. Done ordered. She stated its the best she ever had... it's amazing how the Ramen hits ones taste buds and lights up all the flavors and textures to enjoy the meal. Thank you for the Beautiful experience. Warm enjoyable atmosphere. The tasting platter was worth it. With the candied bacon, and the ribs. Yummy

I ordered the Birria ramen that comes with two Birria tacos, the ramen was delicious the egg in it was amazing the tacos were average but still good. This place has a nice environment and good staff who make sure your ready to order first. Just finished eating here in fact!

From the first time I stepped into this place before going to a show 4 years ago I remember the manager greeting me and my best friend at the bar so pleasantly and since then we travel 1.5 hours to and from here 3 times a year just for the good vibes and great food from the food to the staff to the master minded chef !!! I e tried every ramen here but I shiny I can always catch the rotations but Boston isn’t lucky enough to have broth or hangover near me however if you are deciding between eating here or somewhere else look no further !!! Great staff, great food you always leave happy full because the ingredients are just great !

The dumplings were delicious and the tomatoe soup was to die for! Definitely an odd combo I did for sure but I don't care cause it was so good all together. And the bartender recommended a delicious cocktail to go with it all. Definitely making this a frequent spot.

Food is usually really good, they're just super unreliable. Been coming since they first opened but it's hit or miss if they're actually open when they say they are. Most recently called to ask about a reservation that night, they said they 'don't take reservations for two just come in' but neglected to mention that they were closed for a private event. At this rate I'd say we have a 60-75% success rate in actually getting in when they claim to be open and serving

It's been on my to do list to check out the newer neighbors of The Hangover Pub, located on Green Street in Worcester- Broth. Broth has some interesting dishes and beverages. I ordered an Iced Apple Green Tea, green tea encompassing delicate yet noticeable hints of apple and local honey feels refreshing and has a unique spin on the pallet while still embodying the soul of a tea. I also ended up ordering a Mango Limeade too. I ordered two starters. The Kimchee Bacon Rice Balls, and handmade dumplings made using fresh ground pork, ginger, soy, which came with a spicy dipping sauce. The Bacon Rice Balls bursted with many well ballenced flavors in every bite, it was difficult to pace myself eating these, because they were so yummy that I wanted to stuff my face in them. The dumpings were lightly golden, and each one was handmade with love. I found it interesting how the ginger popped a bit forward with every chew, it was fun and played with my taste buds and the spicy dipping sauce was great, it had just the right amount of a spicy bite to it. Finally, the main attraction arrived before my eyes, my Tripple Pork Ramen. The first thing I noticed was the gracious peice of pork belly floating next to the egg. This bowl was serious business, and so was my hunger. I attacked the slab of pork belly first, almost forgetting to enjoy it with the rammen, it was so good and tender! I could shake it with my chopsticks and get a good bite size peice, no hassle, just straight down to business, literally the definition of "fall off the bone tender" even though there are no bones involved, just bites! And even after, it still had plenty of bacon and pulled pork to satisfy the black hole that is, my stomach. The Ramen noodles had perfect texture, and the broth was mouthwatering, encompassing all that was within it and then some, with it's herbs, bold meaty flavor, and scallions. The staff were friendly, and characters! Being nestled in Worcester, I don't need to drive far out of my way for good Ramen now?! Like the Terminator said, "I'll be back!" (Y)

I come in with the biggest appetite thinking I can easily eat 2 of these bowls. But after 2 “Winter Soldiers” and an appetizer... that bowl is definitely my limit! The food is definitely prepared with love and I would recommend this place to everyone to try it out! It’s definitely a hidden gem.

This has been a long time coming for Worcester. I'm so glad someone finally did it. It was fantastic from start to finish. Great cocktail menu, great sake selection, simple appetizers, and ramen that hits every aspect of what you want in a meal. Everyone that works there was super fun to talk to. The owner came around, made sure everyone had a good meal, was happy to talk about the amazing Marvel art work and generally seems like a great guy. I will definitely be going back to try the rest of their menu and their new stuff once they rotate in new things. I'd recommend it for anyone that likes ramen and wants a fun, chill, easy going kind of place and generally anyone who likes good food.

This place is awesome the menu is simple and fine and everything is made fresh. The Chicken pot pie is my favorite dish. This is one place I recommend to stop by and have some great food.

The food is excellent. The service as well. We came at the lunch rush and understandably had to wait a bit. During our wait, a server offered us memoirs and asked if he could get us drinks to hold us over for the time being. Very attentive even while crowded. Nice! The unique brews were a definite perk; some very cool choices! The food also was unique, in the best possible way. The fusion of Ramen and other cuisines (Chicken Parmigiana, Clambake, Barbeque) was bold and clever. Definitely successful! The decor was awesome! There's a superhero theme, with original artwork from actual comic book artists! The graffiti style accents were edgey but still family friendly. Definitely going back!

This place is full of Incredible takes on Ramen. Michael is a creative genius with a talent for fusing styles, cultures and flavors. Each bowl is a rediscovery of traditional Ramen and a vast departure from the college food. Strongly recommend coming here to experience it.

It took a while but we've tried everything on the menu. It's all delicious but your favorite ramen will be totally personal. I'm a big fan of the chicken pot pie and French onion, my boyfriend loves the turkey, but it's hard to go wrong. The cocktails are awesome, but we were way more impressed by the sake menu so we haven't tried many of them. There's great beer on tap too. Beyond great food is the service. The owners are really nice and everyone working there is so friendly. I brought my family this week and we were definitely a handful, but every one was really helpful and nice.

Such a great experience. I tried the Thanksgiving and it was delicious. We sat at the bar and got to chat with Chef Michael and watch him in action, such a nice guy! We had plans to go elsewhere for dessert but he convinced us otherwise and it was so worth it. Atmosphere, staff, and food were great. Can’t wait to go back and try something else!

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of sitting here to wait for a seat at hangover pub! Normally, this would be an inconvenience and we would both be hangry and antsy by the time we got to our table. Instead, we happily enjoyed fantastic cocktails (Jean gray gin and tonic and mimosa with sake) with the amazing company of their incredibly talented and knowledgeable bartender, David! We also had the pleasure of meeting the executive chef, who casually came out and spoke to us about their cool Marvel artwork! We are so looking forward to going back and getting to eat there, as well as enjoying David’s great company and even better lychee gin and tonics! Bravo!

Top notch ramen 🍜 with a twist. From the appetizers down to the noodle bowls. Everything just packed with a flavor explosion 💥 I would highly recommend Broth over and over.

Great atmosphere! The smells are intoxicating...leaving you anxiously awaiting for your bowl of ramen. And once it's in front of you... It's everything you imagined it would be and more. I also highly recommend the garlic noodles start your meal. And the signature gin and tonic is delish and refreshing!!!
