Food and staff are amazing! Great drinks from the bar too! Family owned and operated makes it even more excellent. They have an awesome event space upstairs as well. We're having our wedding reception there in June and couldn't be happier with the service Loretta has giving us thus far.

Unfortunately it took me years to finally go here. Brought my 2 young kids, hostess, owner and waitress were all super nice and gave us the table we requested. Food was awesome, bruschetta, calamari, stuffed haddock, lobster Mac n cheese all of it. Would definitely go back, great Italian restaurant in Worcester!

Outstanding. Antipasto was fresh and delicious. My wife and son split the surf and turf that would blow away steak restraunts. One of the best meat lasagna I've ever had. It'll be difficult to return and try something else because it was that good. Service is super friendly, top notch. Nancy is the best.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Meatballs were frozen, tasted more like cheese then anything. Chicken had no flavor was dipped in batter and fried. Sauce was iffy at best. Overall not the place you ever want to go for good Italian food. Spent 80$ on 2 dishes and a side of meatballs huge waste of money would never come back.

Second time there, food again was spot on...1/2 rack of lamb and mushroom risotto cooked to perfection! All staff very pleasant. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Only suggestion would be that the Brie appetizer should be permanently on the menu, not just a special!!

I went to Nuovo with high expectations after seeing a majority of positive reviews on here and I honestly really wanted to like this place. The restaurant is beautiful inside and after sitting down I was fairly positive my girlfriend and I had made a good decision coming here. We both split a bottle of red wine and that was unfortunately the high point of the dinner. The bruschetta was absolutely drenched in balsamic and the bread was a French bread that had not even been toasted. The chicken parm? I’m not trying to be mean but it was something out of Olive Garden. It was so obvious that it was pre packaged chicken and definitely not homemade. Linguine was over cooked and the red sauce tasted again like something bought at the store. To me the quality of the chicken parm all around was just absolutely inexcusable. I mean this is an Italian restaurant is it not? My girlfriend, who does not have high standards when it comes to food, got shrimp risotto. It tasted rubbery and bland. The actual risotto was decent and edible at least... So she says. For the prices we paid it felt like we had been taken for a ride. I don’t hold any hostility towards this place but I definitely would never come back.

We booked Nuovo for our wedding reception, unseen and having never eaten there before, and it was the best decision we ever made! We decided to check it out a few months before our wedding, and the food is absolutely phenomenal! We ate here probably 5 times before the wedding because we love it so much. Fast forward two days before our wedding, we had a huge snow storm and could no longer have our ceremony outside. Loreta and her staff were so accommodating and allowed us to have our ceremony right on the dance floor surrounded by our closest family and friends. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and I wish we could relive it all over again. We can't thank Loreta and Nancy enough for all they did to make our day so special! If you're looking for a romantic venue for your intimate wedding, or a nice night out, this is the place!

The service was great and the food was good. My gripe was after. My group of 4 all had stomach issues soon after our meal, luckily I have 4 toilets in my house. It may be just a one off occurrence but I'm glad I didn't live too far on that day.
