Is good, especially if you don’t want to risk a local place, a safe bet. They have a lovely team of staff, very personable and get to know the regulars. Their hot and cold drinks are both lovely, similarly to their meals and pastries. A lovely place, and nicely decorated

Amazing place. Decent prices, but when their card machine didn't process my card they gave me my hot chocolate for free! Lovely place to sit and chat over amazing cake and hot drinks 🙂 fully recommend

Very good hard working staff. Choices seem to become more limited the longer they have been operating. Huge variety when they opened now it seems they only bring out the most popular items. Still come regularly but get a bit bored.

Always love pret but it wasnt up to the usual standard. We went in and the sandwich/ baguette fridge was nearly empty, little choice and we love the baguettes. Tables hadnt been cleared and the assistant wasnt up to your usual pret standard

Situated right in the City Centre, Pret offers a varied choice of sandwiches, wraps and a small choice of hot food. Together with a good range of hot and cold drinks and a young and enthusiastic staff makes it a definite "go to" for a bite to eat.

This place offered one of the best hot chocolate I have ever drank. The place is quite cosy and nice, good for couples and family even singles. Had a nice working bathroom and the staff where really polite.

This place is top quality a lovely coffee shop, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The toilets are nice and clean we pop in here in between our shopping trip into Worcester Town quite often and we are never disappointed. Can highly recommend it to all coffee lovers.

Great selection of food and drink. Bit pricy but there is a very large seating area both down and up stairs and as usual the option of taking what ever you have on the go. Good quality of soft drinks catering too all diets. Overall great coffee shop

A very cold and wet April day, we needed to refuel while on our shopping day out. Although busy we soon found a table. I have a food allergy and was delighted to see that allergens were marked on every item including wraps and sandwiches. Not just the normal Gluten but milk too. In addition a member of staff also came over with their allergy book to assist; top marks! Excellent tasty snack food. Earl Grey tea also very good.
