A very cosy authentic Italian restaurant tucked away on Friar Street. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable. I went for valentines day so they also gave us complimentary prosecco on arrival and the restaurant was decorated with balloons and rose petals.

We enjoyed a “special occasion” meal at this restaurant and I’m pleased to be able to leave the following review. We found the staff to be exceptionally polite and courteous. We have previously eaten at this restaurant, when under previous ownership and we found the decor to be pleasing and comfortable. Under new ownership and refurbishment, the new decor is more “up market” and less of a “bistro” setting. Staff were very friendly (Italian), and were exceptionally apologetic as one of our preferred starters was not being catered for on our visit. Our food was of excellent quality. Served and presented very well. We’re sure to eat here again in the not too distant future and we have no hesitation in recommending this lovely restaurant.

Absolutely Fantastic Italian they cant do a enough to look after you. Nothing is too much trouble. Its the 2nd time in few weeks we have gone with a very large group and we were completing looked after again we shall keep returning.thank you so much for restoring my faith in italian food it was simply perfect and delicious.
