Very seldom do I write a negative review however I must say that the customer service here really needs help and the food was cold and just not good. I eat most foods but this one i just couldn't choke down. Sorry 🍔 🤴 you need help!

3rd time in a row my tomatoes were bad, would have hurt my tooth the center's were so hard. And brown lettuce 3 times too.

Ordered a simple whopper and fries. Both were served cold. Disappointed. Would have taken it back but had an appointment. Fast food isn't complicated. If you can't at least serve warm if not hot food why bother?

Went through drive through with friendly service through intercom. Window worker was curt and they forgot 2 items and skipped out on the cheese we ordered on our whoppers and paid extra for. To top it off they didn't even give us a receipt to file a proper feedback report.

Home of the Whopper, hasn't really changed in 40 years. Still a good place for a quick bite to eat.
