Pleasantly surprised. Ordered two subs Saturday night with Andrea B who was very nice.
One was a number 9 steak and it was loaded with steak but lacking cheese and the veggies (hence, the 4 stars). The other was an Italian and it was perfect. Wait time to pickup was only 15 minutes and prices were very reasonable for these days. Keep up the good service and I'll be seeing you more often. Loved it...
Keri C. waited on me, and has waited on me before. Her customer service is OUTSTANDING. She called me by name twice after collecting it for my order. I told her every time I go in there I am impressed with and appreciate her customer service. She thanked me telling me she loves people. Well, it's evident and it shows. The sandwiches are awesome and so is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. I always hope Keri is working when I go in.

Great food, good service but they messed up one of the sandwiches in the order after asking me what kind of cheese I wanted on the meatball (they did not put any on it), and did not tell me about the senior discount so i did not get that, which is why I rated it as instead of a 5. However, food is great and very clean, and staff very nice. I would definitely recommend it.
