Fantastic customer service ever at McDonald's. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. I stopped by during my long drive to Texas .it was surprised when I pulled in and welcomed by staff members. I'll definitely be stop by whenever go on vacations again

Edit: the new store is open. What happened to the Woodward McDonald's that used to be awesome. They can't get orders right, parking is still pretty bad, and the service is definitely not what it used to be. You can barely get to to curbside parking. Most of the parking gets blocked by the drive thru or by people just parking wherever in the parking lot. The food is always cold now or wrong. Hopefully, Burger King comes in strong because McDonald's hasn't stepped their game up with the brand new store.
They have construction going on right now so parking is limited. The drive thru and curbside pick up are your best bet. It can get pretty busy but they do there best to keep up with the rushes. We rarely have an issue with our order when we go but, if we do we just run in and get what is missing. All in all they do a great job and I'm looking forward to the new one being done.

Two friends and I all ordered bacon cheese burgers with fries at the drive thru - nothing terribly complex - and once they finally got us our food and we paid them almost 30 bucks, the fries were soggy and the burgers were cold. The soda pop was also pretty flat, lacking fizz. We were hungry, so we ate our burgers, but ended up throwing away the fries and dumping the pop. It was overall really disappointing.

Would go with 0 stars if I could. Forgot part of my meal and apparently nobody was trained on how to do something as simple as answer the phone. Won’t waste the money I work hard for here anymore.

Why did you eliminate the truck parking? One of the few places in Woodward a truck could grab a quick bite to eat.

Clean restaurant, little slow on ordering but no drop in quality. The touch screens to order seem to not allow for eating in, they keep asking for a "table tent" qr code. Not sure what that is, so had to start over at the register instead of just doing the order myself on the screen.
