We enjoyed our dining experience at TJ Asian Bistro. The food is excellent -- the sushi is fresh and tasty, and the tempura was perfect. The service is also wonderful and servers are polite and responsive. Thank you!
Sushi in Sunnyside Gardens
After trying a few places in Queens these past 8 months, I found a little gem TJ Asian - 50th & Skillman
In case you didn’t notice lol I loveee Salmon ! It was very fresh. Miso soup came with my salmon platter, even on a hot summer day I still enjoed… I LOVE Agedashi dōfu, it was perfectly made and paired with a not to salty sauce. Dessert was also delicious, I had the fried banana with red bean ice cream.. THE POUR - PLUM WINE
The only issue I had was my waitress for got me . I had to ask other wait staff for water, dessert and my bill and never asked if I wanted anything else.

From the 5 star service to the fresh and amazing quality of the sushi. Extremely delicious and superb staff with really amazing personalities. From the moment we sat down to the last piece we ate. Excellent. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely lunch here. TJ Asian Bistro is a lovely, warm space. The decor is simple but charming. Service is excellent and the food is very good. Their lunch special is a real bargain. The Green Tea ice cream was 😋 and two people can share it.
I like this place a lot, I usually come here for the lunch special. It’s consistently good. For 13$ you get a miso ginger salad, soup, dumplings, a California roll, rice an entree, all in a cool clean and relaxed environment.
This is one of the better neighborhood spots, Sunnyside has great food. TJ Asian Bistro is great for a quick and tasty lunch.
I am a person who loves Asian food, I eat sushi at least once a week and when I moved to this neighborhood and saw the reviews of this restaurant I knew I had to try it.
I ordered the avocado bomb to start and as a main course I ordered two maki rolls, the electric roll and the kamikaze roll, I was speechless, it was so delicious that I finished everything in less than 5 minutes.
It is my new favorite restaurant for dinner and for ordering deliveries.
With more than ten years of catering history, they have maintained their passion for catering, while the service, ingredients, and prices are hard to replace in this community.
Food is always good, never disappointed!!
