Heart II Bar & Grill has a “Cheers” vibe with a friendly staff and regulars coming and going; most of them known by name. I had the recommended Cajun Baked Walleye and Cheesy Hashbrowns, both of which were delicious with more-than-ample portions. I’ll be back!

Had 2 pizzas 12" all meat and a Supreme. Can't help to say they are soooo good. You don't need a magnifying glass to find the meat or any of the ingredients. And the sauce wow. I would say it is one of the best pizzas in the area and don't mind paying a hit more for a great tasting pizza. It was craved and requested over other take out pizzas

Stopped this weekend on the bikes and was SO happy to see people living and no masks. Food was fast and fantastic and the back deck area is great. Keep up the good work

Caught ourselves gazing so that could only mean one thing, full.
Came here on recommendations from our friends that come to the area each summer and wasn’t disappointed.
Had to try the pizza and they were right, Great Pizza! Also, recommend the portobello mushrooms which has a crisp batter.

My husband and split a salad and pizza. The waitress was great she made the salad on two separate plates, it was very thoughtful of her.

Heart II and Meg delivered some great bar food on this sunny fall day. Loved our visit. Meg was friendly and helpful as this was our first visit. We tried the Cowboy corn nuggets - delicious, you have to try them...and the Pickle chips - pretty good, batter was maybe a little thicker than I'd like but they are still good. We split the Classic BLT - wow - super good. We'll definitely be back - we love sitting at the bar as they have these wooden boards that will nicely on the bar rail so you don't have to stretch out over the bar to eat your food - great invention. When you are headed to the Northwoods on Hwy 51 or East towards St Germain - Heart II is conveniently located near the new Kwik Trip - easy to find - stop in for a cold adult beverage and a delicious pizza or some great Northwoods bar food - I know you'll enjoy your visit.
